Karina did our makeup, and Liss (Sandra) did our hair. They were both amazing and did exactly what we asked for! After doing research, I booked LV Hair and Makeup about 2.5 weeks prior to the wedding. I sent in an inquiry through their website. I received an email back from Laura. She is the main point of contact when it came to the pricing, booking, and confirming. Their website is detailed with prices and packages. I booked an Elite Hair & Makeup package for the three of us. It cost $219 per person. Upgrades are an additional cost (ex: airbrush makeup $35, eyelashes $10, rhinestones $10, hair extensions $10, updos $10, Hollywood waves $10). Since they're mobile, they charge a travel fee of $20 for each artist. A deposit is required before you get a confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable. They take payments through PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. The remaining balance will be paid after the services. Although Laura had many grammatical errors and may seem all over the place, she was very responsive. She sent me a detailed breakdown of each charge. After sending her a deposit, she sent me a confirmation of my appointment date, time, and location. The day before the services, the hair and makeup artists contacted me for reference photos to get an idea of what we wanted. I sent them a few images I found online. Karina and Liss arrived on time on the day of the appointment. They came extremely prepared with their own lighting and products. Both artists were gentle and patient. Karina did an amazing job with our makeup. I asked for a full glam for my mother and I. I wanted a warm eyeshadow, cut crease, gold shimmer, contour, and baking. Took it back to the 2018 makeup era. I asked for the same makeup style for my mother, but she wanted her outer and inner corners smoked out with a shimmer in the middle. My sister went for a soft glam and a smokey eyeshadow look. We absolutely loved our makeup and appreciated how well it stayed on for 12+ hours! Liss did a beautiful job with our hair. I sent her images of the hairstyles my mother and sister wanted, and she did exactly that. My sister wanted curls and a braid around her crown. My mother wanted her hair curled and half of it pinned in the back. I was the only one that did not have a reference photo, simply because I couldn't find what I wanted. I explained with as much detail as possible about the hairstyle I wanted. I wanted braids on the side of my head, majority of my hair slicked to one side, volume on the top, and curls. Even without a reference photo, Liss was able to bring my vision to life! She used a lot of hairspray, so our curls stuck throughout the night. I was there for almost 3 hours. I don't get lash extensions often, so maybe that's an appropriate time frame for a full set. I'm not sure. However, in the end, my back was a little sore getting up. The design of the chairs is unique and adds a flare of style to the boutique, but they are not the most comfortable chairs to sit for an extended period of time. I wanted something natural, like..I'm not into big lashes anymore, so a foto was given to my lash tech for reference, and I don't feel like she achieved this style. The style I received was more of a full Glam set, very thick and full. There were also multiple technical difficulties during the application process. It felt like my lash tech Shan or Shantal was not sure where to apply the lashes. Somehow, the glue ended up stuck to my bottom lashes, causing them to stick together with the lash extensions. I couldn't open my eyes properly at the end because of the sticking, so there was extra time spent trying to correct that. Their is also visible glue clumping that can be seen on the lashes currently, which makes them look kind of blocky.Unsticking the lashes was also kind of painful. The lash tech was very nice about rectifying everything and told me I didn't have to pay. She offered me another service or to just start from scratch, unfortunately I didn't have time to sit there another 3 hours or even reschedule because I had other beauty errands to run for a trip to LA in the next few days. An hour after leaving, my lashes have already started to fall out. Im not sure if that should be happening. The owner of the boutique reached out to me and was very nice. There's always lots of parking available and it wasn't an issue finding the location. I'm a regular and see my lash tech Shantel. She's super sweet& friendly. I go get my lashes done regularly every two weeks. So I see her quite often. I just moved here in March from Hawaii and she's the only one I trust. She has never hurt me while doing a lash service. I've been to lash techs where they do a quick job that doesn't last and I've also been to lash techs where they hurt while they're taking off the tape. But Shan is super gentle, takes her time ,& makes sure I'm satisfied with my set and if I have a specific request to change anything she's never given me problems. Ive requested light volume to almost mega volume & I've never had any issues with my lashes, no heaviness, no irritation or allergic reaction, no hurting or anything. Also...her prices are super reasonable. She informs me if I have any questions about my lashes. Overall great service! I always feel relaxed! The people are humble & amazing & I Highly highly recommend for your lash & esthetics needs!!

I was kind of desperate because I wanted to maintain my Brazilian, so I decided to search up other good rating and affordable sugaring specialists. Nisa's business popped up as one of my top 3 places, and when I inquired with her, I was able to book an appointment right away :D the price was almost as good as the original place I'd go to. I believe Nisa has her own website that will show how much she quotes on her services, but you can always text/call her to ask as she's super approachable and friendly. I specifically came to her for Brazilian sugar waxing only, although she is more well known for lash extensions. In order to book an appointment with Nisa, you'll have to put a down payment of $50 + tax first. Only contactless payment because of COVID, so she'll take Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable but it can be used towards either the service or you can leave it there and use it towards booking your future appointments. (For example, I Venmo her $50 for booking fee, once I meet her to do my $70 Brazilian sugar waxing, I only have to Venmo her $20 after our session is done.) It is cheaper when you are doing maintenance on your Brazilian sugar waxing (coming in every 4 weeks), and it does grow back very slowly! Nisa is super flexible with scheduling appointments, and she'll always text you a reminder when your appointment date is near! I love her sense of humor, she's like a cool mom hahaha. Upon arriving for every session she will check your temperature and have you fill out a COVID checklist form. Make sure you don't book an appointment with her if you had travelled or was exposed to COVID in the last 30 days or so, it doesn't hurt to ask first about it. Wearing your mask is required throughout your session and she sanitizes every single thing, just incase you're wondering how her business is operating during COVID! Currently (from my knowledge) she is only operating her studio at one location, on Dillingham Blvd and another location in Ewa Beach. There are very little options of sugar services here in Hawaii. What I like about sugaring is that my it leaves my skin smooth and my skin does not react like it would with wax. I love that sugaring is made of natural products too. I reached out to Nes to see if she had an open appointment and thankfully she did. What I liked about my first interactions with her was that she had really good communication, let me know what the Covid protocols were, and also had options of contactless payment. This was my first time getting sugared here and I definitely will come again.
