I've seen a couple complaints I want to address because they annoy me: - small parking lot: that's not true. There's a giant parking lot, it's literally next to a McDonald's - not being able to request specific people: just make an appointment. You can ask on the phone when the person you want to do your services works and request them - being pressured into other services: I hate to say it but that's business. They're gonna ask if you want other services. It's as simple as learning to say "no, thank you". We received complimentary hot tea after we were seated in the gorgeous and comfortable brown leather armchairs. A novel aspect of this shop are the naturally antibacterial copper foot basins, used in Europe to promote a healthy immune system. Our services were performed by two of the owners, Orasa and Amanda.
