The day of my appointment Sarah reached out to me via text to ensure that I did not get lost and I knew exactly where they were located. When I went in for my appointment, Sarah was extremely friendly and was more than happy to go over the different options and to thoroughly make sure I understood the upkeep and what was being done. The space was very cozy and comfortable. She had a great table with a special pillow under my knees so that way it was easier for me to lay for 2 hours. The overall process was 2 hours but it was extremely relaxing. She had great music on. I'm normally a very restless person but I was able to easily lay and the time passed quickly. After the lashes, were complete she went over the upkeep and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to her directly. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking to get lash extensions, facials, or waxing. This location is great cozy and well managed.
