I was able to easily book online an appoint for a full set of hybrid lashes. The day of my appointment Sarah reached out to me via text to ensure that I did not get lost and I knew exactly where they were located. When I went in for my appointment, Sarah was extremely friendly and was more than happy to go over the different options and to thoroughly make sure I understood the upkeep and what was being done. The space was very cozy and comfortable. She had a great table with a special pillow under my knees so that way it was easier for me to lay for 2 hours. The overall process was 2 hours but it was extremely relaxing. She had great music on. I'm normally a very restless person but I was able to easily lay and the time passed quickly. After the lashes, were complete she went over the upkeep and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to her directly. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking to get lash extensions, facials, or waxing. This location is great cozy and well managed.

I came here a while back when I was unable to get an appointment for a wax elsewhere. Totally and completely surprised by the simplicity of threading and how little it hurt ! Honestly my last experience threading was in 2005 and it hurt so bad left me in so much nerve pain I've been scared and literally scarred before so I really just came for a wax. I HAD already had my brows done a few days prior so I actually made an appt for lips and forearms. When I arrived I was surprised to find a super clean, simple and comfortable space with Jen who whisked me into the first chair right away. She immediately started on my brows with the thread - and I was just about to stop her when I realized (wow this doesn't even hurt a tiny bit !) barely could feel a pinch. So I let her keep going. - she waxed my lip then finished with thread - also not at all painful to my surprise. And with quick dexterity she grabbed a few lose hairs on my face and around my hairline with the thread and thoroughly waxed my forearms. I mean it must have been 15 mins total for the whole visit and I was SMOOTH! with my thick, dark , coarse hair I don't think I'd been that smooth EVER. Not to trash the place that did my brows prior but they were RAZOR sharp and shaped with such precision... Jen may have just made me a convert to thread! One billion percent will be back.
