I got fills about 3 weeks after my initial appointment, but felt that it was unnecessary since my lashes had held up so well. Her studio is in an active space and you need to get buzzed in at the call box to get access to the elevator. Her studio is small but plenty adequate for her work to get done. It feels comfortable and she has music playing in the background.

I was pleased to see they had a Groupon too! Katrina listened to what I wanted and the lash bed I was laying on was so comfy I didn't even realize I'd been there for almost 2 hours! The coolest thing about Katrina is that she went with my vibe (I'd been at work all day) and didn't engage me in conversation the whole time. She just let me relax and did her thing. She was gentle and kind. Just what I needed today! I will post an update in two weeks when I come in for a fill but I suspect they will hold up if I do what she told me. I didn't experience any discomfort at all. I cannot recommend her enough! Update: Katrina is the BOSS!!! I adore her as a person but most of all, she is amazing at what she does. I've been back for a fill and will post another photo of my lashes 2 weeks later. Still looking good! I think they do what they want instead of what you want. My wedding makeup (the bride) was so harsh and behind schedule. When asked "is it okay" when I'm already behind for my wedding what am I supposed to say?!? I will never get my wedding back and using AM beauty is a decision I will always regret. I booked a lash appointment at the Edmonds location after seeing a 40% off promotion. I was excited…read morefor the opportunity and scheduled with Lindsey, who was very kind throughout the appointment. However, there was a miscommunication regarding the style I wanted. I had requested a cat eye set with the longest length (12 mm) at the outer corners and shorter lengths toward the middle and inner corners. Despite showing a reference photo, the final result was a uniform 11-12 mm length with a D curl throughout, creating a much more dramatic look than I had intended. I didn't feel comfortable expressing my concerns at the time, so I went to the Lynnwood location to see if anything could be done. I was warmly welcomed by Erica, who was understanding and willing to help. Since it was near closing time, I was told a manager would follow up with me regarding possible solutions--whether that be a partial refund or a no-cost correction (such as a partial removal and reapplication to adjust the lengths). Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, so I contacted the manager myself. When he returned my call, he informed me that both Lindsey and Erica felt the set matched the reference photo--something I respectfully disagreed with. He stated that refunds were not offered, but agreed to provide a complimentary partial removal and length adjustment. However, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. The next day, I arrived for the appointment as scheduled, only to find that it had been booked for just 30 minutes--far too short for any meaningful correction. Erica was helpful again and suggested I do a full removal now and return for a full set (which I would pay for) or wait until my next fill to make the desired changes. At that point, I decided to leaving the lashes as is and move forward with a fill at a different salon where I had already booked an appointment for a few weeks later. Overall, while I appreciated the kindness of the lash technicians, the experience with management was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I had hoped for. Clear communication and better customer care would have made all the difference.
