May advised me to keep my contacts on so it would protect my eyes and she was very gentle! My eyes weren't irritated at all and when I opened my eyes I did not tear up! Jessie didn't say much and we didn't have any conversation, but it didn't make for a bad experience. Since I knew what to expect, the process was quick and easy. Jessie set it up, came back to check on me a few times, and made it an easy, pain-free process. Afterwards, when i checked my lashes, they looked amazing! The best lift that I've had in awhile and especially in this area. You do have to put down a deposit to make your appointment, but it goes toward your appointment, so you only need to pay the difference. Overall, I had a positive experience and my lash lift lasted a good 8 weeks. I definitely recommend and would like to go back (though it is a bit far for me!).

While MJ was very kind and welcoming, the lash lift itself didn't do anything for my flat lashes. I wasn't offered a correction and was told my lashes were too coarse and thick and needed more time to cure. Again this is the first time I've had issues with the lash lift. I was out $115 and had the same flat lashes as before.
