Her genuine gentle demeanor let me know I was in for a pleasant experience. Veronica took the time to care about my individual needs. I'm very sensitive and TBH veronica is the only person who has respected my preference for a gentle touch. When I arrived I was welcomed with a warm smile into a clean facility. I was completely educated on the line of facial products. Again my needs were checked in with. Most importantly Veronica's vibe made me feel at ease, something I rarely have the luxury of feeling. I left feeling in a space of tranquility. I was staying at the hotel and came back another day for my first ever lymphatic massage & hot oil scalp treatment. He was AMAZING and I didnt feel a thing. I am completely grateful for the 5 star treatment as well as the quick turnover time. I feel that it completely made up for any lack of communication and cant thank them enough. In this day and age where it's like pulling teeth to get a business to correct errors, it is refreshing to come across one that goes out of their way for their clients.
