Best facial ever! I drive 45 minutes for a facial. I used to do my monthly facial in my area but my esthetician moved away. I tried another facial place in Irvine huge mistake. Horrible service. I walked out of there with junk on my face. Then I remembered my Instructor from cosmetology opened up her own spa "Enhancink Spa" Ms Paulina was strict with her students, she's very meticulous, no nonsense person. She has my respect. I brought a sample of the daily strips I use and she did amazing matching the length. I was relaxed and had ZERO issues with glue irritating my eyes. The lashes were great and lasted almost 4 weeks! I've going to Isela since April and I can't say enough things about her. She is professional, on time and her work is amazing. She is flexible with my times that I ask. She is an artist. After checking Yelp for Facial treatment, I finally picked EnhancInk to have my acne get treated before my wedding. From the booking, the receptionist over the phone was informative. I came to her for a facial and black head removal. My face was a mess to say the least and while at my visit she gave me product recommendations according to her initial view of how my skin looked. She worked on my skin for an hour and a half that day. It was so relaxing the while energy that she brings is always a good one. First I just want to say that I love the atmosphere and Kenia was EXTREMELY kind she made me very relaxed and I feel like she did my facial with care however when I got back to my hotel(I'm from out of town) I was disappointed. I got an acne facial because I have been stressing out a lot lately and my face was getting really congested due to not getting an extraction facial in a few months. I have gotten an acne facial before, several times, so I felt like this facial was basic. I figured during the extraction she would have gotten my entire face as they always do, but instead she aimed just for visible pimples. My face is STILL super congested (chin, cheeks, mouth area) as a matter of fact she never even touched any of those areas aside from a noticeable pimple on my left cheek and I have clogged pores all over in those area. About 2yrs ago, I won their Christmas give away for free microblading. Well, I was to much of a chicken to get it done, so I gave the gift to my mom. After seeing how nice my moms eyebrows came out; I decided to give it a shot. I searched her whole page to find exactly how I wanted them and decided I also wanted a set of lashes. After following their business page on social media for well over a year I decided to finally give them a try. I had very high hopes from everything I'd seen and read however I ended up very disappointed. First of all the appointment for my eyelashes took a bit over 3hrs when I was told it would be close to 90min. Following that I had booked a henna brow which had to be redone 3 times. I waited to post this review because after leaving my appointment which took a lot longer than anticipated I was happy with the results ecstatic even as I loved how the eyelashes came out. However by the time I arrived back home and the redness from the wax had settled I noticed a burn right in the center of my eyebrows a red line where my skin was missing. It has now been 6 days and it has not fully heeled. Not only has that not fully heeled my eyelashes now look like I got them done three weeks ago instead of closer to one. I previously had them done and didn't need a fill in until the third week however less than a week in and I just want to go get them removed because of how bad they look. I have taken all the proper care precautions therefore I don't know if it was bad glue or what but they did not last at all. After having such high hopes I am utterly disappointed and the only reason I did not give them one star is because they were very nice while I was there. read more
