I had a full set of real mink eyelashes put on. I asked if she was putting one lash on each of my own lashes, she said: Don't worry about it. Trust me."The Eyelashes didn't even last for three days. I called and when I spoke to them and told them they said come in, they would make it right. When I got there and I said I'm just verifying that I'm not going to be paying, she said: "Oh yes you're going to pay for a filling. If you just want me to fix the half of the eye where the eyelashes fell off then you can just pay $20.00. I walked out. I will never go back, and hope you learn from my experience. read more

I was going here for my lashes and was very happy , until... After going for 3-4 months, this particular appointment I went and noticed there was a different glue being used (They didn't have to shake it). Within two days of my appointment I had a terrible reaction. My eyes itched and swelled up. I spoke to the Woman in charge who claimed it was not the glue, it was because I didn't come every two weeks for a refill - ridiculous! I look back and remembered the tech who applied it asked for the first time if it was ok. It wasn't! they claimed it was hypoallergenic, for me it wasn't - not anymore. I have been going to Bayport Eyelash for a year now. I previously went to a few places. I thought they were good until I went to Bayport Eyelash. I thought it was normal to have stinging after your eyelashes were applied. I've never experienced that at Bayport.. lashes looks so real and beautiful I constantly get complements. I actually went to another place while I was in vacation with Florida and they really messed up my lashes. actually my technician was upset because I guess my real lashes. Anyways, they're better now and I will never go anywhere but to them.. it's clean so comfortable I sleep almost the whole time every time I go. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!!!!! If you value your money, time, or eyelashes at all you will save yourself and go to a different salon. I was referred here by a friend and have been into getting my eyelashes done both extensions and lifts/tints for the last 4 years or so. I take very good care of my eyelashes as they are my prized possession and I enjoy doing myself up. With that being said, I decided to go upon my friend's referral and I decided to get a lash lift and tint. Apparently the manager helped me and was nice at first. As the process went on, it was fine and it was peaceful. It was very dark so I did not notice the damage to my lashes until I left and I thought maybe it was just the stickiness of the product they used and I let it sit for the 24 hours, trying to give the benefit of the doubt. The following day my lashes seemed to be damaged in a way they looked OVERPERMED which is a common mistake made with lifts. I called back and nicely explained the issue and the girl said she would get the manager and the manager came over and left me on hold several times and was talking to the other girl, in a different language, so I don't know exactly what was said. After some time, she said she was going to have to call me back abruptly and ended the call. Hung up on me... So I called back and the same thing. Continued hanging up on me. A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. I began to get increasingly upset over not only my damaged lashes but now they are hanging up on me. They proceeded to text me from the "work cell phone" with an extremely condescending attitude and not taking any accountability for the damage done to my eyelashes. May I add they did not even care to ask or check who I was, not my name or my phone number.. Nothing.. They even went as far to try and say my lashes were damaged already when I got there.... But didn't seem to mention that at all at the session? Continued to perm them and put chemicals on "damaged" lashes? Hmmm.... So then I stated my intentions were to get a full refund and this was their response. And by their, I mean, MANAGEMENT. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated as a first time client and would advise staying away from this salon. They will not own up for damaging your lashes if done and they will not reimburse you. Be very weary about this salon. I had messaged the company on Facebook messenger specifically asking how much a full glam set would be and they informed me they were running a special for new customers, only $69. They asked me when I could come in and I moved my work schedule around to get to the salon around the special time of 10AM-12PM. I showed up to the salon, signed a form and then they started to ask me which lashes I wanted. I again told them a full glam set and they told me $120. They tried to sell me that it was my birthday month so I'd receive 20% off and it would only be $112. How 20% off adds up to $112 doesn't make sense. It also doesn't make send how the price went up from $69 to $120. When I started to question them about the pricing they told me I could just go somewhere else.. so I did. They also wouldn't let me take a picture of their pricing which is also suspicious. I left and found another salon that won't try to connive me every time I walk in the door. Make sure you call and speak to them to ask for specific prices because they just want to get you in there and start up selling. You'll walk out spending almost double from what you anticipated. read more
