It was my first time at the salon, nails came out good, but the service I received was not it... I had an appointment & Coco did my nails. Almost right away I noticed she didn't have very good customer service skills. Not outgoing/interactive, just a "sit here," small smile when I walked in and that was it. She was rough on the hands, but that's not what got to me. She began the gel manicure without asking me what color I wanted. I tried to ask her twice what color options there were, as I wanted to make sure she didn't assume I wanted clear polish because I didn't specify. The first time she responded with a question to my question, then just ignored me. I asked again a minute later and she said "One second." in an attitude I didn't like. I chose my color and as she was finishing my nails I said "It looks good" (referring to the color of the nail), and she said "Of course..." in an obvious tone. "Everything I do is good" It would be different if she was joking, but she was not. She used the same tone as she did before and it came across as very arrogant. Someone tells you they like your work and you say "Everything I do is good..." ? Yeah no. As far as pricing goes, I called ahead of time to check the cost of a gel manicure. The receptionist said $38. I was SURE to ask if that was final price, or if the price varied. She said it was final price. When I got there, the one who did my nails proceeded to tell me that powder gel (the one I wanted) costed $45, and cat eye nail polish costed an additional $5-$10 or something. So I stuck with plain polish and non-powder. Not bad, but not what I was told on the phone! The nails came out good and Coco was quick, which I liked, but I'd rather go to a different salon who priorities the comfort of their customers and keeps a set price regardless of the nail color. I'm sure other nail techs in this salon may be better though, as some seemed very friendly from when I watched them. 2. A few months ago, I came in here to get an armpit wax. The guy was so nice to squeeze me in even though they were close to closing!! The lady who did my wax didn't speak English, so that made it hard to communicate, but she was very nice! The only problem was her attention to detail. I had to ask her multiple times to go back and get the hairs she missed, which was quite a bit under both arms. At the end she started rushing me out, handed me my stuff, and as a result I had wax stuck under my arm for the night because she did not clean it properly. I don't know if she was trying to go home or what, but the wax was cheap so I'd probably go back and have someone else do it. read more

I'm usually not a fan of Mall Nail Salons, but after COVID nail salons are not what they use to be, the quality of the workers just decreased in my opinion. So I finally tried this place and was satisfied. It's always clean and the owners are very nice. If your looking for a kids mani and pedi this is the place to go. However, I do have a disclaimer for gel and powder manicure. Find your person and make sure you get their name and remember their face. I did go through a lot of people to finally find the one who did my nails ( dip powder mani ) they way I wanted them unfortunately I totally forget her name and when I went back I couldn't find her. I still continue to go there because the customer service is always great. The owner is always accommodating but make sure you make an appointment unless you go on a early morning weekday. The prices are fair and they have points system that allows you to build up points for a few bucks off a service once you reached a certain to a certain point. But I can't stress enough how you need to find that one person you like and stick with them. read more

So I hated my experience here. Employee that took care of me, didn't have much effort. He fast forward through my pedicure and we did my nails thinned them so much. I had a reference picture and they even took my phone to look for the color and I settled with what they had but I did not think it would turn out this terrible and ugly. Also look how my nails were left. Horrific. The place looks nice but the person who took care of me did a terrible job and had no effort. My nails feel so thin they hurt. He also rubbed the chrome powder with his bare fingers and that's why it looks messy. I mean look how he left them. I still tipped because I was planning on it since the start. He tried massaging but when he was pounding his fists on me it was way too aggressive. I hate leaving negative reviews but I have to be honest. Wasting my hard earn money on this trash wasn't it. Don't waste your money here. I paid 60$ for white gel polish on my toe nails. Did not even get a scrub with that. I paid the 60$ and started to leave when the lady yelled at me "YOU NOT GOING TO TAKE CARE OF HER" and pointed at the women who painted my nails, I was confused and responded, I just paid 60$ and did not get the full service, she then repeated herself. And I walked back in and handed her 5$ the fact that they demanded I leave a tip, for horrible service and way over priced. I know they completely ripped me off because it was the end of the day. So, I was walking through the mall when I saw this salon, and immediately was thrilled because I figured it was the old, "Victoria's Nail Salon." I sat for a manicure because I couldn't resist and it was truly a great experience. Until I got charged $100 for UV Gel (no designs.) I was so upset, and they saw the look on my face when they named the price and we negotiated and at the end of the day my nails looked great so I didn't mind. As I drove home I noticed a pain in my middle finger. I remembered the drill slipping and hitting skin for a split second, but I was fine and didn't think anything of it. Boy was I wrong. I have a severe infection in my finger now which has traveled through my hand. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it was nothing but dirty and pricey. This was my first time going to this location to get my nails done and I will absolutely never go back. I'm pretty easy going and don't get my nails done often so it's pretty hard to get me upset with this stuff but this was the worst mani/pedi experience I ever had. When I got there I asked for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The woman who was going to paint my nails was extremely pushy trying to get me to get the more expensive options-(gel pedicure or one of the spa pedicures). I kept saying no and I was being told "you need this". Finally she gave up trying to convince me to spend more and gave me the most half assed, rushed mani pedi possible. It was rough and unpleasant and I felt like she wanted me out of there. When I was getting my manicure I noticed someone else's clipped finger nail sticking out of the brush she was using on my hands (it definitely wasn't mine since I didn't even get my nails clipped).
