The worker asked cash or card she said card and the worker proceeded to say her total was 12 dollars. Once the other worker was done with my brows she asked me cash or card. I said card today then she told me my total was 13 dollars because of the card fee. I was a little confused because the girl before me paid 12 and paid in card. I didn't say anything I just paid the 13 dollars but it is illegal to charge card fees especially on debit cards. Not to mention I've been to this place multiple times and paid 12 when using my card. I don't mind leaving a tip but it did rub me the wrong way.

I've been getting my lashes done for many many years and I just go to this place when I don't book other places in advance and have to get a last minute appointment. But the price is the same as other places but quality isn't the same. Also, I had brown lamination scheduled for the same day (a Friday before long weekend) and my appointment was at 5p, just so to get there and be told that they didn't have the product. They could have called earlier and gave me the heads up so I could try to get an appointment somewhere else before my trip, but at 5p in a Friday? This place is a joke. No respect for the customer.

I called in and asked if there were last minute appointments this week, and luckily Maggie was able to book me for Friday @ 4:30PM. Parking was easy, since there is a plaza right across! I came in 15 minutes early, and Maggie was more than happy to take me in early! The vibe at this location was very therapeutic and comfy. All the estheticians there have their own private rooms with calming music and clean working station.
