Love my classic lashes! This was my first time going to Kat. I only get eyelash extensions for special occasions or vacations. The problem with that is they always feel slightly uncomfortable to me because I'm not used to having them. Loved my lash lift experience with Kat! I was able to book online easily using her booking system. Her studio is on MLK in a not super busy area- shouldn't be too hard to find street parking! As for the actual lift, such a pleasurable experience! I have gotten a lash lift once before- I did love the results from that salon but the experience wasn't as relaxing. I wasn't looking forward to my next lift due to being blinded by the bright light needed for the lift. NOT WITH KAT! I just got back from my second microblading touchup with Kat (initial microblading was done ~June 2021, first touchup was ~Janurary 2022 and she told me the pigment held well and I could wait a year till the next touchup). On the way home I had to keep making myself look back at the road because I couldn't stop admiring my brows in the rearview mirror, that's how good they look. She's great at making amazing, natural looking brows and everyone is always surprised when I tell them they're microbladed. The experience is painful but she's always checking in and happy to apply more numbing cream if needed. I can't recommend her more! read more

I'd had lash extensions for about 5 yrs and decided to take a break, as I sometimes do, a few months ago. During the break I forgot how much I liked wearing eye makeup up so instead of returning to extensions, I thought I'd try a lift and tint (along with serum). I lovvvve it! I came for a lash lift + brow wax and had a great experience. Kat was really friendly and professional, and it was honestly such a relaxing time that I probably could have dozed off. This was my first time here so unavoidably I was a little nervous about how my eyebrows would look, since they're naturally rather asymmetrical and previously that's given eyebrow technicians some trouble with shaping. BUYER BEWARE- please read!! Terrible service. Don't recommend. She is not understanding or accommodating. She gave away my appointment to someone else when I was 15 minutes late and charged me the full amount anyway. Her reasoning was because she wasn't going to have time to complete the service before her next appointment, but why then did she give my slot away to someone on her waitlist? Wouldn't that person be under the same time limit that would therefore made Kat late for her next client anyway? It doesn't make any sense. She just wanted **any** reason to make double what she would have in that time slot. In the end she lost what would have been a loyal, consistent client. I rarely run late. I simply mixed up the time and thought it was 10:30 instead of 10. Simple mistake. I was going to be there at 10:20 IF she had allowed me to come in. I don't buy it that she wouldn't have had time to complete the service. SHE CLEARLY DID HAVE THE TIME TO COMPLETE IT FOR THE PERSON SHE GAVE MY SLOT AWAY TO. Total BS. She could have said, "hey you're late, I've got to charge you a late fee" or "hey I will give you this appointment one time and a warning that you can't be late again or I will have to cancel and charge you". Anything else could have been better than what she did. I would have tipped her really well if she had let me come in, but she was rude via texts and wouldn't answer any of my calls. Abrasive. So so uncalled for. She's a hustler and ruthlessly cutthroat. Don't go to her. My read on her is that she will give away your appointment as fast as she can and charge you for the full amount anyway just so she can line her pockets with windfall money. She's a shady operator. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with how she handled my appointment. I've never dealt with anyone this horrible at communicating. Please take your business somewhere else because she isn't worth dealing with. I am horrified by this experience. Probably the worst customer relations I've encountered yet!! read more

Absolutely horrid customer service. She has a new location that is not listed when you look her up through Google maps. When I went to the wrong location and was late to my appointment I got a cold text from her with no option of understanding or attempt to reschedule. I called her several times to explain I was at the wrong address and on my way in hopes of rescheduling my appointment for later that day. She didn't pick up or return my voicemail, and would only text me. I will be disputing her false charge with my credit card company. All around, very unkind human. EDIT: in response to her sad excuse for a reply to get more customers, don't believe her. I did apologize on my voicemail, and I tried calling her during my appointment slot.
