I had appointment on Saturday with a senior artist who was giving me a deal for a new set. I got a call that same day to let me know she got in an accident if I could reschedule Sunday at 1pm to be there at 1245 . Would have my lashes been done differently if she never got in an accident to be put on the Sunday schedule? I guess I am writing this to make sure she is ok and If this was just planned for me to be with a different arrangement for my eye lashes to be done by a different person.i am extremely un happy with my lashes . I had high hopes for booking here after seeing the wonderful reviews. Over the past year, I had 4 sessions with them. The beginner lash I received always had an attitude or was rude during my appointment. I would also book for hybrid lashes and she would do a classic set. I gave her the benefit of the doubt on one appointment but I felt she deliberately did whatever she wanted to do after that. I was able to book with a master lash tech once and whenever I tried to book with her again, she was never available. Terribly customer service as well. Some lashes did not last and came out in the car right after the appointment. Please save your coin and go elsewhere. read more
