There is parking on the back, paid by meter. Super cute decor, very nice vibe and inviting. The place has three offices where they service the clients. Everything is super clean and hygenic. I chose this place since the Sugar Wax used here is super natural made with three ingredients. Very professional, Airiana was our aesthetician and she walked us thru all the steps and my daughter felt comfortable with the procedure since she was doing the bikini area. Well, life happens and I wasn't able to see Melodie due to a lack of anvailability (she books pretty fast) and she recommended any of the other sugarists on staff. She was confident in their ability to provide a good experience. So, I booked with Jackie. Can I just say that Jackie is incredible?! Put me at ease, very chill vibes, and fast and efficient. Which is a great idea given how many germs can harbor on a door. There were two workers so only two people, on opposite sides of the room, can get their brows done at a time. I also had to have gel paint removed from my toes, so that took an extra 10mins (no extra charge). Although, the menu says a pedicure is 25 mins, I was there an hour not including my wait time. In the end she didn't massage my legs or do lotion, just some oil and a hot towel. They didn't even help me put my sandals back on, she just went straight to the desk to wait for me to pay. If the pedicure process has changed, I'd prefer the menu description options reflect that. I noticed a difference in customer service as time went on and I declined a manicure. Oh well.
