Worst lash place I ever been to!!! Booked a foreign fill for $160. I usually go to the beauty room but moved to Kaneohe n wanted to give this place a try it's close to where I live and it was a horrible decision. I still had about 60% of lashes I should have told her stop when I felt her pulling my extensions and it was sore from the start, my usual place there is never pain when doing my fill. When it was done it seemed ok not good but decent at first glance n from the angle i was laying down, but when I got in my car n looked closer the glue was all over the lashes I tried to brush them n clumps came off and glue was by tips of lashes making them stuck together! I hate writing bad reviews but I'm so pissed off I wasted $160, I will NEVER come back to this place. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is probably one of the worst experiences I ever been to. It was really painful. The lady brought in the owner who made it clear that she was gonna finish the job. She made up an excuse that she's the owner and it's her time. She removed everything and did not complete the service requested. It was a 5PM appointment so it was nearly impossible to get another appointment until the threading place in the mall was able to accommodate for me. Do not recommend this place at all. read more

This is my experience as a first time customer to this salon and eyelash extensions Pros: convenient location if living on windward side, Ample free parking, flexible hours, lash tech did re apply my lashes when I was unhappy with results Cons: Salon did not honor the instagram price deal and charged me full price, you select individual lash lengths (not reference pics) which was so confusing for a first time customer, they do not sanitize before or after customers, my lash tech was late the first appointment and rushed out the door as soon as she was done with me, they "fixed" the first appointment, but I left with white spots all over my lashes ( I was told to wash and scrub them to get the white off), they give little to no after care, I just had them removed at another salon and was told that this lash tech used too much glue. Overall: only worth it if you're experienced with this service and have a reliable lash tech. As a first time customer I'm low key traumatized lol. read more

I needed a new classic set of lashes and unfortunately Helen C. was my eyelash technician. I showed her a picture of my previous extensions which looked natural since the technician would add extensions to every other lash. Helen did not listen and placed extensions on ALL lashes which makes my eyes look extremely dark. She completed the job in just over 1 hour, which is really fast. During the application Helen C. was rough and pulled and pinched my eye lids several times as she tried to pull off the glue and unstick my lashes (this is what she said). When I got home I saw that Helen C. used a lot of glue which is visible. Now my lashes are clumped together and look weird. I have been wetting my lashes to break up the glue but so far no luck. Best to stay away from Helen C. for extensions at this salon! read more

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today since I'm leaving for vacay on Tuesday. Luckily they were able to fit me in today after I finished work When I called to schedule the apt they asked if it was okay to text me the details/to confirm the appointment. I found this more convenient than talking on the phone since I could text them while I was working with any questions I had about scheduling / pricing Naomi did my lashes and they came out super cute! She's for sure gonna be my go to lash girl now. I got a classic/volume hybrid in the wispy style. The studio is on the cooler side but she gave me a blanket so I would be comfortable during my apt! read more

She is super patient, kind, and just all around lovely to have doing your lashes. She took her time explaining allllllll my choices ( I got the 3D Russian wispy mixed ) Shes very professional and not at all pushy or gives off a bad vibe. I really did like her. Been coming to Lashed Up Studio for about a year now. It's definitely worth a drive from town all the way to Kaneohe but if you're loyal to your lash person, they'll be loyal to you. My go-to person is Sarah. If you've ever gotten your lashes done by Sarah, you'll know that she does nothing amazing work. The service she offers feels more like a spa and everything just makes you feel like you're in heaven and waking up with a full set of lashes. If Sarah isn't there, I also recommend booking with Evon. They are so good at what they do, they'll literally keep you coming back for more. So every 2-3 weeks I'll come back to refill my eyelashes. If my set is uncomfortable or I just want to start fresh, they'll just give me a new set. The parking is here is pretty tricky because it's small and the turns are awkward AF. That's the only thing. Other than that, I love coming to Lashed Up Studio and recommend everyone go check them out. read more

It's a hit or miss with this place. Yvonne does a good job when she wants to. Her daughter Lynda uses too much glue but the lashes lasts long. The good thing is they are pretty good with availability but I think I'll look elsewhere for someone else. read more

Since I have oily skin, and I'm impatient, I am not able to use mascara or false lashes. I don't have time for makeup, so this is about all I do. Eyelash extensions are very convenient for those who do not have full, natural lashes from Mother Nature and just want to wake up and go... I went to a couple of studios in Honolulu, but found this one (in Kaneohe) which is closer to home and has better service. Yvonne has gone out of her way for me several times! For example, Lashed Up Studio has two designated parking stalls in the lot next to Benjamin Parker Elementary School. Sometimes both stalls are full, so I'll call Yvonne. She would run outside if she's not with a customer; figure out who is in their stalls; and ask neighboring businesses if their customers are parked by mistake in their stalls. Another time, Yvonne texted me about a Groupon special that was going to expire soon and offered me the discounted price! Yes! I also was impressed with her humbleness. Once, I gave her a large tip - she said, "Too much" and handed it back to me. I then gave her a customary tip - wow! Besides great service, Yvonne does superb work. She is a confident and experienced technician. She gives me good advice - "remember to use the serum to have your natural lashes grow stronger"; "let's use shorter this time and give your lashes a rest"; "let's go fuller since you are going on a trip", "here's an eyelash brush so you can remember twice a day", "keep your serum by your toothbrush so you can remember to apply everyday", etc. I really trust Yvonne. She tells me the truth in a tactful, helpful way. She noticed that my eyebrows needed correction. On her day off, she took the time to adjust them before one of my vacations. She kept asking if I was satisfied with her work - YES! This studio is in an older building and they do their best as far as decorations, lighting, air conditioning, etc. The restroom is upstairs and down the hall. There's a convenient water dispenser and sink inside the shop for customers' use. The recliners are comfortable and sometimes I use the blanket and just take a nap for about an hour while Yvonne is hard at work. I like their automated scheduler which texts a reminder about appointments and asks if customers can come earlier if there's a cancelation. I thank Yvonne for her patience and cheerfulness! Her energy and attention to detail is admirable! I appreciate her efforts in helping me look presentable... haha! I've had my lashes done at several places and wasn't happy with the outcome until I found Naomi im finally soo happy with her talent as a lash specialist !! I don't ever write reviews. But I thought this may help someone else out there. Scheduled a lash lift and tinting with Vivian. When I arrived, I received a text that she would be 10 minutes late (not a big deal). When she did arrive she immediately has me sit in her chair, pulls the chair back and puts the leg rest up without warning and my slipper almost flies off (whatever, its fine). She takes a look at my lashes for a quick second and tells me that my lashes are too short to do a lash lift but she can do Classic extensions on me and they will look natural. During the entire session, my eyes are burning and tearing. This was my first time getting extensions and I did not know what to expect. She was also constantly talking on the phone while working on me. When she was done, she saw a lash on the end of one of my eyes that I guess was not placed well, so she grabbed her tweezers while I was standing and getting ready to leave and she plucks it off my eye. For the next few days, every time I brushed my lashes or even had to shut my eyes tight (sneezing), my lashes hurt. Everything I hear is that they shouldn't hurt and that you shouldn't feel them. I ended up going to another lash salon 3 days later to have them removed and redone. I was told that some of my lashes were glued together and that was why they hurt. I was also told that my lashes were definitely long enough for a lash lift!!! I'm only rating them 2 stars because my friend, who I went with, got Classic Hybrid extensions with Naomi and she really likes hers. If it were not for my friend's experience, I would definitely give them only 1 star. read more

It's been 3 days since I have now received my lash extensions and most of them have came out. I wrote a review before explaining my experience but words can't do it justice. My eyes are itchy and it's painful to rub my eyes (obviously because the lash technician got glue on my skin) Just because I used a Groupon I get horrible treatment. Don't let the Groupon be an option if your going to treat your customers like this. The reviews for people not using the Groupon are good, and they use real mink. On the other hand on me they use thick corse plastic, some fell out and I decided to test to see if it was really plastic by burning it. Mink would turn to ash, while plastic on the other hand would shrivel up and melt. When I took the match to it it melted. Taking advantage of people because you think they won't know the difference is basically stealing. read more

I made my appointment with Yvonne at Lashed Up Studio for Classic Mink Lashes. I noted beforehand that I would be using a Groupon.  When I got to my appointment a woman (who I assumed was Yvonne because she knew my name) approached me. She pointed to a frame with sample lashes and told me to choose the lash length I wanted. I was a little confused and nervous at first because there are no pictures for reference. (Not to mention a disclaimer stating that once you make a lash length choice, it's not the fault of the salon if you don't like them).  Instead of choosing, I asked the technician what she'd suggest because I wanted something full in a natural length. I also saw on yelp that Yvonne is great at consultation. The technician I asked gave me a very general answer stating that 10, 11, and 12 were shorter; 11, 12, 13 were medium, and 13, 14, 15 were long. Not quite the consultation I was hoping for but went with the first selection.  Before she began she placed tape over my lower lashes, I had gothours withxtensions before so I knew what to expect, however at the end, when it came time to remove the tape, it was very painful. I was worried my lower lashes were being ripped out. My eyes teared and she even commented on how sticky the tape was and apologized for the pulling. As soon as it was removed, I opened my eyes and noticed she used white medical tape not the cosmetics under-eye sticker that is normally used. I was then abruptly told to close my eyes. (I glanced over at the customer seated next to me as I was leaving and she was given the cosmetic under-eye sticker, not medical tape.) The technician was also very heavy handed when applying the lashes. She applied a chemical and applied pressure to my eyes which caused them to open and burn.  The appointment was quick ( I sat down at 2:40 and was finished by 3:45) not sure if that's a good or bad thing. The last time I got lash extensions it took 2 and half hours with no discomfort. The finished product is okay, however not as balanced or full as I expected. Lastly, what prompted me to write this review is a text update I received as I was pulling out of the parking lot (after I had left gratuity). Low and behold, Yvonne wasn't even the technician who worked on me, Helen Chun was the actual tech. This left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me speculate and question the practices of the salon---what else are they not telling me?  Overall, the experience was mediocre. I did use a Groupon so I guess you pay for what you get. And according to reviews left by other Groupon customers, this seems like common practice. My tip to the salon would be to treat all customers the same--Groupon or no. Because of the experience, I will not be back as I don't want to take a chance and spend $130 for possibly the same experience nor will I recommend this salon to any friends looking to get lash extensions. read more

I wanted to get a set of lashes before I went on a trip and obsessively read a bunch of Yelp reviews about all the lash places on Groupon. I got the classic mink lashes. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the chairs are super comfortable, which is a good thing since my lashes took like 1.5-2 hours. I made an appointment with Yvonne because all the Yelp reviews mentioned her but due to some scheduling issues, Kat did my lashes. It was my first time and I was nervous and worried that my eyelashes would fall out or something equally horrifying. Turns out I had nothing to worry about! As soon as I walked in the door I received a friendly greeting and shortly after I sat down to get eyelashes on fleek. Kat was absolutely wonderful, and walked me through the process. My lashes look so amazing and she did a fantastic job. My friend and I had back-to-back appointments but I didn't get to finish my lashes because I had a dinner reservation nearby. Kat offered to let me come back after my friend's appt to make sure she got all my lashes. SO NICE! She's super thorough and sweet. The problem is that once you get lashes, you'll never want to go back. Not great for my bank account, but with such beautiful lashes I don't even feel like need to wear makeup. I have lost like six in five days (natural lash loss and growth) but that's actually pretty good, considering I have 100+. Kat also assured me that they don't really come off, as in the extension won't separate from your actual hair, so you can comb them and not be afraid. This is really long. Just had my lashes done today by Evon and she is awesome! I felt so comfortable and the appointment was so quick! She was very helpful and let me know what length in lashes she chose and why and also showed me how to care for them. I got the mink Russian Volume lashes. My eyelashes are very fine and pretty sparse, but she made it work! This was my first lash extension experience and I'm so glad I decided to go to Lashed Up Studio! I love my lashes! Thank you so much Yvonne! I'll definitely be back :) Also, they just opened so their POS/payment system isn't yet set up. Paid 100 bucks for 6 days worth of lash extensions and an eye infection. Not to mention the entire session was torture. I've had lash extensions done probably 40 or 50 times over the past 5 years from a handful of different people. Only ever had 2 I really liked, but I moved away for a while and when I came back unfortunately had to find someone new. This place has AWESOME reviews, is affordable and turns out my best friend goes here, so I figured I couldn't go wrong. Wrong. Like going to a hair stylist, you really need to be careful who you let touch your lashes. Maybe even more so since they're messing with your eyes. I'm sensitive to glue fumes, but this time was one of the worst experiences I've had, my eyes were on fire the entire time and until the next morning. My right eye would not stop itching for days and it took all my willpower not to scratch at them. Despite my efforts, I developed an infection within a couple of days and had to get steroid & antibiotic eye drops at the doctor and wear an eye patch to sleep. My eye is improved now, but over the course of the past 6 days both eyes consistently lost lashes without me even touching my eyes. Literally had them falling out. Like I said, I've had lashes tons of times so I know how to care for them. I didn't get them wet for more than 24 hours, I do not use oil based products and I am very careful when washing my face. I've never lost so many lashes so fast. Typically a full set will last me 3-4 weeks because of how careful I am with them. Looking over the reviews again I noticed no one mentioned the gal I had working on me, however the one other negative review describes my experience with her keeping her phone on next to her and being interrupted by it often the entire time. So, her name is Naomi, and if you plan on trying this place out, I wouldn't recommend scheduling an appointment with her. I was forgiving about the phone thing, and the fumey application (she was alone that day and that can excuse the phone, and I haven't had lashes in a while, maybe my eyes were just newly sensitive, but I'm giving an honest review here) anyway, I tipped $25 and now I wish I hadn't tipped at all because of the suffering I've endured this week, and as vain as I'm about to sound, the worst of it is that my lashes look awful. I know, I know, an infection is way more serious than having pretty lashes, but I can't help the way I truly feel inside and I'd like to believe there's at least one other woman out there who sympathizes. If not, oh well. Watch out for your eyes, money and lashes ladies, and either go somewhere else or schedule with anyone but Naomi. read more

The lady who did my eyes lashes seemed to be in a rush for the next customer. My bottom and top eyelashes were literally glued together when she was done. It seemed like she didn't even know and I had to tell her to remove the glue. I was tearing up for 10 min straight. My overall experience with this lash studio has been great in the past, but I'm really questioning if I should come here again. read more

After giving my lashes a break, family stuff flying back and forth, well being I've had 4 extensive surgeries.on my shoulder I got sick of getting 2 good strips on out of a 6 pack sometimes 2, they did great I decided screw it I liked that place and they took me I like maybe an hour notice, I left feeling amazing again and looking pretty with no fuss or frustration is so amazing ( I've had 2 surgeries on that same side on my wrist, it's in no way stable I can't even write legibly. Truly thank you, thank you for making sure I'm parked In the correct place. Coming here is absolutely worth driving from kahala, and I get 6 mpg so trust when I say how amazing these people are. Great memories of coming here watching my daughter get hers done, it was hard yo walk in there but I did it. Much Aloha and kindness from everyone! I'd give 10 stars if I could!. Terrible service. The lady applying my lashes had her phone next to me and all I could hear for an hour was her phone go off as she got a text message and then I could hear her text someone back while she stopped during my session. If she wasn't texting, she was on the phone talking to someone, which made me concerned with the quality of my eyelash extensions. The whole experience very aggravating and unprofessional. On top of that, there are kids and a guy who came in during my session and they were talking so loud and screaming while I was lying in my chair with my eyes closed. I just wanted to stop the session and leave because none of it was relaxing at all. The quality of the extensions were poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lashes were clumped together and the glue was irritating to the eyes. The lashes lasted less than 2 weeks. I will not return. read more

I decided to go back to this location because it is conveniently located five minutes away from my home in Kaneohe even though I knew the service wasn't the greatest. I was leaving on a trip the following night and I decided to give them another chance. First, I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and no one answered. I saw online that appointments were able to be made that way so I finally booked an app through yelp. When I got there the lady looked at me and said "sit", no hello or anything. When she was working on me I realized sometime through the appointment that she was pausing a lot and I could hear her chewing and I could smell the food throughout the whole store. I could also hear her typing on her phone. My eyes were closed the whole time and Id like to think she was being sanitary the entire time but I have a feeling that wasn't the case. It was also somewhat painful to get them put on. In past experiences I've never felt like the process was sore. I was in the chair for less than an hour. She checked me out and didn't give me any care tips or even a lash brush for maintenance. I thought my results looked pretty so I didn't complain. I started to notice that they lash glue was irritating my eyes (this never happens) and the lashes were thick and plastic feeling (not the mink lashes advertised.) This was all for about $130 I got them fixed at a different salon and they were able for way under that price A)tell me why my eyes were so irritated [plastic lashes] B)give me proper maintenance advice and tools, and C) remind me never to go back to Lash Studios read more

READ THIS IF YOU'RE USING A GROUPON. I've had my lashes done many times before and was excited to find a groupon for a decent looking place. But it turns out they treat people with groupons like second class citizens. Before I even get to my appointment they are texting me asking if I can come in earlier or reschedule for another day. I can't. I work. But she kept insisting. The groupon advertises a full set of mink lashes. I got 1 1/2 sets of Ellipses Faux Lashes. NOT what I signed up for and NOT real mink. I say 1 1/2 sets because she lashed up the first eye and rushed through the second leaving it half done. The glue she used smelled suspiciously like krazy glue, but I have no proof of that. At the end of the visit she had me hold a little fan to my eyes while she ran around closing up. Before I knew it she was shutting off the lights and telling me thank you. The whole appointment took 45 minutes. A normal initial appointment takes 2-3 hours! I did text her to let her know that I didn't appreciate the fake mink or her weird glue. She offered to take them off for free and give me back my money..... but I honestly NEVER WANT THIS WOMAN NEAR MY EYES AGAIN. read more

I've been seeing Yvonne for about 5 months now and I am very pleased with her work. She's very fast and does great work. I usually use their IG link to book my appointment. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and I do refer people who ask about my lashes. Her pricing depends on the weeks in between fills. Parking is a little tight but I usually go around 1:00 pm and am able to park right away. I get the classic lash set and I love leaving Lashed Up feeling and looking more alive Other info: if you're driving towards Windward Mall, pass the Police station go through the traffic light and it's on the right. I love these lashes, but have had trouble with allergies to the glue in the past. So when I called and mentioned this to the staff, they invited me in just to try a few lashes and see how it went. I still had a reaction a few days later, but they refused to charge me for the "trial" lashes so I didn't lose anything but a little time. I am grateful that I didn't spent a lot of money and then lose it all when the irritation returned. i will say that i've been going to Yvonne at lashed up for a year now. and every time my lashes have been great. Today however was very shocking, and I'm not one to write a review in this way. I went in for my usual volume relash which is $90.... which I expected to pay for. She finishes and tells me "only $100 today." I asked her why price was higher since i expected to pay $90 (not much of a pay difference... but i'm a preK teacher on a budget and every dollar counts for me) She tells me she had to put a full set because i didn't have enough extensions left to save. I asked her to tell me the situation beforehand and I can be aware of the price, then she tells me "But it's suppose to be $160 and i'm giving it to you for $100." She missed what I was trying to ask of her, which was communicating her business beforehand so i don't feel like i'm being jipped. But it turned into a reason why she's overcharging me. I went in a little unsure based on the negative comments but what really pushed me was the sale price on Groupon..( yes, I like a good sale). I saw a lot of good feedback on Yvonne but since I wanted to get it done 3 days before a party, I booked with Kat. The manager was awesome to call me 2 hours prior to my appointment to tell me Kat was running behind with other client so it allowed me to move my time by 15 min so I don't have to sit there and wait. I showed up on time and within 5 minutes it was my turn. In that 5 min, I glanced at some samples and pics. Kat asked me what I wanted (as you can see in the 1st pic, I don't have long lashes but I do have a thick base-thanks to daily use of Olive and coconut oil!). I told Kat I want volume but not like the Russian volume and I liked the "12" length classic mink sample. I was comfortable as she placed a blanket over me. Fell asleep on her many times but that's the beauty of sitting there for an hour and 15 min. I love my lashes and how it feels!!!! definitely will get it done here again when I can! read more

I have been getting my lashes done by Yvonne ever since last year! I really enjoy her company and she is very fast. Its really in and out. My lashes lasts a long time if you are careful and aware of how you sleep then it should last three weeks!! I always some how end up sleeping on my right side of my face. On the third week you can see that the right lashes are a bit off, but the left side still looks fresh! She is always good about texting me or letting me know if she has to push back my appointment or reschedule. She lets me know in advance and I really appreciate her being so considerate of my time. I'm last minute kind of person, but she some how always accommodates me. Great service, staff, and lashes!!! THANK YOU ALWAYS!! read more
