3x and got the dip. My nails chipped 2-3 days later. 1st time they did tell me to come back in but I was already leaving for the mainland. So that was nice of them to offer. I went back second time and they rushed me to get oit. If they knew they couldn't do it at 6pm when I got there, they shouldve turned me down, instead I got a rushed, half assed job. Nails chipped 2 days later. Sucked cuz I was out if town. 3rd times a charm. I went in and got dipped again. I asked told her she only dipped it twice. She said , " dont tell me what to do. Came to this spot today. Deluxe gel pedi. 1 star for me being able to just walk in and get it done. Took about 30 minutes to complete my pedi....no massage worth talking about. The older lady and staff talked in her language from across the room the entire time. Very loud...one of the worst pedis i have gotten...the nails are barely trimmed uneven. Cuticles not cleaned well on some of the nails. She even cut one of my toe. The nail tech Jamie is a 1. The owner who walks around with a Bluetooth only to take appointments is a 1. The lash tech is a 3. When they opened a few years ago, they were awesome. Both owners would do nails. Now Kevin only does it part-time due to child care and his wife is reluctant to book him for appointments. I last went in March 2026 for a full set of nails and a full set of lashes for $250 plus tip. I was assigned random techs who were available. NEVER AGAIN! My nails were so messed up and lasted only a week as the nail tips just kept popping off. The acrylic was as thick as a quarter and not shaped & filed nicely. I'm speaking from experience! I have had nail & lash treatments for decades and I have never felt so insulted. Too bad. They used to be great. I used to trust this salon. Probably one of the best PEDICURES I ever had and I'm not exaggerating. Came here with my sister based on yelp reviews & it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. We came in on a weekday during lunch time and did a walk in. We checked in and waited in the waiting room no longer than 15 minutes. My nail tech Amy did such an AMAZING job! I'm super picky about my pedicures because not every nail salon is sanitary or do a good job. But they offered the liners for their pedicures, used new tools on my nails and everything was CLEAN. I have the most stubborn ingrowns and she was able to remove them in a non painful way. She put in a lot of effort into my pedicure to make sure I felt relaxed by the massages and really cleaning my toenails. This place is the worst nail salon around. Twice I have gone and paid for a gel pedicure and polish has come off within 24 hours on at least one toe. I called and they told me I could come in and they would fix it. I drove over there and they told me no sorry come back in two hours. In the meantime, another toenail polish literally fell off. This is all within two days. Each time I call they tell me they are too busy to fix it. There are plenty of other nail salons around. I gave them the opportunity to fix their mistakes several times, but they are too busy. Once you pay, they are done with you. read more

Kevin was awesome! Came in on Wednesday afternoon as a walk-in and was fortunate to get Kevin! I showed him a picture of an idea of what I maybe wanted and he tailored it to fit me. He gave me super helpful suggestions and helped guide me when I had no idea what would look good Mahalo Kevin! He does Jujitsu and your normal slippas guy, so he's got a huge toe callas. Today , I'm gonna try the gel on my toes because my big toe is cracking lately, Pictures soon to come! We love this place, girls are professional, very clean, massage chairs and plenty of nail colors to choose from. I also get my lashes done by Au,the owner when I have a special event. They also do waxing and facials, a one stop pamper shop! I do recommend on Tuesdays , make an appointment, it tends to get busy because of the discount. If you've ever wondered what it feels like to pay for hostility, this is the place. The staff greeted us with all the warmth of a parking ticket and somehow managed to make getting our nails done feel like we were interrupting their day. But the real issue? Cleanliness- or the total lack of it. Nothing was sanitized. The metal tools, the pumice, the files-all looked like they'd been around the block a few too many times. She sanded off my old gel pedicure and never rinsed it off before starting the exfoliation, so I basically got a sanded gel scrub on my legs. When she was done with the tools I saw her put the tools right back in her bin to use on the next customer. Major health code violation. The atmosphere was tense, the service was indifferent, and "bare minimum" would've been generous. Save yourself the money (and a potential infection) and go literally anywhere else. read more

Don't waste your time coming here! Made an appointment on Thursday for a gel pedicure and went with the deluxe. Then I noticed yesterday that 2 of my nails were missing the polish. Called today (Sunday) to see if I could come in to fix both. Woman on the phone said I could come now and they could take me in. I Arrive at the shop and an older woman asks what I needed done. Told her that I called before hand and woman on the phone told me to come now. She said I had to wait 20 minutes because they were busy. Now I'm fuming especially because I had my son with me. Pretty pissed that it didn't last even a week. Even worse was that I had a weekend full of events (which is why I even got a pedicure in the first place). Horrible service! Don't tell someone to come and then when they arrive say they have to wait! We had my baby with us and wanted to get it fixed before we were off to our event. When we arrived there was one person getting a pedi and the two nail techs could have cared less that we were there. Basically waved us on to sign in online. They rushed thru the service, clearly were talking about my mother and I, the paint job was bs and mucked up, when I asked to have it fixed I was met with annoyance. The bill for 2 deluxe pedis was $98. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes. Firm calf massage in the top to bottom fashion but no actual foot massage. My nails came out GREAT and lasted for almost A MONTH!!! (lashes too!) Generally 2 weeks tops when I get them done at other places. The only reason I gave 4 versus 5 stars was because of the appointment setup. I came in 15 mikes early for my 11am appointment but was not seen until after 11:30 but when I finally was seen, all was great!!! They have a strict schedule, as I sat there for 45 mikes, I seen them refuse service to some but take in others so plan ahead and schedule in advance. Worse pedicure ever! Thinking Anne is her name cause that's what was on her apron. I got a deluxe pedi supposed to be a 40 minute pedicure, got there at 11:10 left at 11:40. She dropped the light thing right on my painted toes then said it's because i keep moving it. She didn't even do a good job cleaning my toes, like my ingrowns and cuticles. My heels are just a rough as when I walked in the door, my polish was applied poorly and messily, the "massage" was mainly focused on my shins instead of my feet or calves. After many trials and errors, I've finally found my "nail salon" home! After 23 years of military service, my feet need routine, special attention and this place more than delivers what I need! Every three weeks, I typically get The Bomb Spa pedicure, basic manicure with buffed nails, and a nostril waxing (per my wife's request ). Each time, my nail tech, Haley, provides outstanding service at a fair price and I especially appreciate that she asks questions throughout my service to ensure I get exactly what I want. This place is magnificent and I tip her generously for the service but importantly, for the way I am treated. Recently, there was an entitled customer with unruly children who tried to ruin the ambiance for everyone but thankfully, the owner handled the situation with grace, patience, and kindness. And if active duty members are going to be threaten I don't suggest any active duty to get their nails done here. The staff is immediately rude!
