Every time I had to go back the next day or 2 to get them removed. My friends say nowadays there's better options, technique and sensitive glue available. I found sumi and saw their new client promo price ($55 for a regular full set) and decided to try them since it would be a low price risk in case I have a reaction. There was some confusion over the new promo price with the first girl telling me after my first set it would be $95, then my tech telling me that for what I wanted today it would be $95. She was able to explain and clarify the promo so today's set was $65 because the 2 tip hairs was +$10. Great. I knew I wanted a very natural, light feel with adding just a bit of volume as my lash line is light and cannot hold much (also having sensitivity). I learned from experience. My tech showed me the lengths and it was go time. I knew how simple of a style and shape I wanted based on how I wear my strip lashes. The best part of my experience is that she only took about 35 minutes to apply my extensions, that's what I'm talking about! I know my set is not as dramatic or voluminous but it came out really great and so far they feel comfortable. I really hope they last and don't give me problems the next days ahead. Regular (signature sumi) full set: 2 tips, natural C curve, 9-11 mm, cute style I hope they do well so I can come back for a fill in the next few weeks. What would be nice, especially for those who are on the table for 1 hour(s)+ are either rolled blanket or towels /pillows for under the knees while laying down. It helps with comfort.

I spent two hours on the chair expecting to have beautiful lashes at the end however that was not the case. I did a full volume sexy eye look But what I got in the end was a mess. As you can tell from the pictures the look was not full volume, the lashes are placed in odd spots and despite them telling me to brush it out it still does not look even decent. If you check their photos you can see how full volume the other customers are however mine is a mess. Both eyes are not the same, and there are some lashes that are not even glued to my lash it's glued to my eyelid. This is not even full volume as well. Excuse my language but this was half assed. I am truly upset because I expected what the photos showed on yelp, but I got less. If I could I wish I got a refund because this is not something someone should be paying for.

First, there was a commotion about how I wanted to wait for Cita to do my brows despite already choosing her on the ipad upon signing in. I asked for a brow cleanup just on the top, but she convinced me to let her clean the bottom of my brows for better shape. Needless to say, the cleanup performed on my right lower brow was so bad. I had a perfect clean arch before Cita had touched it, but I left the salon with a jagged arch and the hairs refuse to grow back now. She was adamantly suggesting me to use caster oil to regrow hair (which is untrue btw - it's an old wives' tale) and was not listening to what I was saying. I was beyond speechless after that. Of course I left a tip but I will not be going back because that was the treatment I was given as a returning customer. Very disappointed. She began speaking about another coworker while I was receiving my service, so I politely asked her to please stop talking because all I wanted was to relax and have a peaceful experience. I did not feel comfortable hearing the conversations and wanted no altercation. I simply wanted to relax and enjoy my service. I did let the owner know about my experience. By days 3-4, it wasn't getting any better, and it had become very uncomfortable. I went back to have my lashes removed, and they honored their word by providing a full refund. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. Even though my reaction wasn't anyone's fault, they treated me with kindness and made the process stress-free. Thank you, ladies--I really appreciate your integrity and how well you took care of me!
