I just had my eyebrows done "microblading" ugh…read morethat was the worst pain and faded within 2 months...when I contacted Jasmine last week to ask her if she could do my retouch she asked if my brows were done by microblading or micropigmentation I said microblading she said she doesn't do that kind of technique, well I was in need of a retouch so I told her I was willing to try her technique out, she said sure come in....IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER!!! Micropigmentation is done with a German machine, no pain at all and my brows look PERFECT!!! She is so intricate with her work and pays so much attention to detail that you are beyond satisfied with the outcome of your lashes. My lashes are always filled and fluffy, but also has the natural look. The lashes last for a good 3 weeks, even so it still looks nice with some fallout. I love how May pays attention to what you want and consults you on what looks better with your eye shape. Not only is her work quality, but her pricing is very fair and inexpensive. My natural lashes are decently long and thick but straight so I wanted something in between classic and hybrid to make my eyes pop. She actively listened to what I wanted and recommended the best type of style for my eyes. We went with doll eye to flatter my eye shape. She also convinced me to try out colored lashes for the first time to be more festive since I mentioned I was getting them done for Coachella and I'm glad I agreed because I love how it turned out. It's noticeable but also not too much - which is exactly what I wanted - a subtle hint of color. Serah's studio was really cute and clean in a private room inside a salon. I've been getting my lashes done with her for about 6 months and have always liked my lashes. I always got a classic set with 12-16mm, when i first went with her she advised i had brittle damaged lashes and suggested castor oil. I removed my lashes 2 months later and left them off for about 3 weeks to do the castor oil treatment and when i went back she states my lashes were in much better condition and more full. I had a classic set done and was happy as usual. Fast forward to today, i decided to go shorter and asked for a HYBRID set (never a volume set as i dont like heavy dark lashes as my eyes are small) well i showed her pictures and asked for a light hybrid set using classics to lighten the set (she charged me for a hybrid set as she had to use hybrid fans as well). Set took almost 3 hours (not sure why she says i still have damaged lashes and still took 3 hours) and the set was nothing like what i expected or liked, they were shorter than my natural lashes and had no style to them at all, you can see my lashes sticking out longer than the extension which i feel she should have communicated that to me being as this is her area of expertise not mine however i needed to get out of there as i had to pick up my kids. Nonetheless i end up messaging her later to request a fix and also take my sister appt for the next day as she didn't want to get them done afterall but would lose her $20 deposit as well as get charged a $50 cancellation fee. Well, read the screenshot for yourself but she dropped me as a client for expressing my dissatisfaction and also cancelled my sister without communicating with HER first. Avoid this lash tech, extremely unprofessional.

She has THE SOFTEST touch!! I barely felt anything as she was applying the lashes, so much so, that I fell asleep lol... And, my lashes lasted 2 months!!
