I've used her for a few years (every 2 weeks) and used to love her but her attitude is so poor and I can't stand her lack of customer service skills. She was good at doing the lashes then I had some issues with the lashes like 3 times in a row they looked bad and once were falling out before a week which wasn't normal. I went in to get them fixed and she fixed them to something I didn't even want, she made them look all thick and told me if I wanted that it would be extra. I never wanted that. Lol I always have a picture that I show her on how I want it, it's always been the same but this time she fixed it to something else. Why? I have no idea. She put long fans all over my eyes. My lashes looked horrible for the holidays. They were all messed up and today I missed my appt I totally forgot about it which is MY fault but she didn't even text me. I would have went I live 8 mins away I would have cut my appt short and by 10/20 mins no problem. SHE KNOWS I live close. Again, have been going to her for years never miss my appts. She sat there for an hour and just let me miss it. I asked her why she didn't text me and she said "because you get a text the day before" That's her attitude. She sat there for an hour. I would have given her an extra tip for sure and already planned on giving a Christmas bonus but now she can't do my lashes for the holidays because she's going on vacation. That's how she is. She doesn't really make you feel like she even cares or wants you as a client so I'll go elsewhere. I rather not even get lashes than deal with her attitude. After getting an eye allergy from another lash technician at another location, I called Karla to see if she could remove my lash extensions. Karla was able able to squeeze me in at the last minute and also educated me about my lashes. She recommended that I don't use eyelash remover on my lashes since it has chemicals in it and I was already having an allergic reaction, so she manually removed my lash extensions while saving my natural lashes as well. I've gone to other lash techs and it's never lasted this long before. Karla is super sweet and really takes pride in her work and it shows! Making an appointment was fast and easy. She executed the look I wanted which was a classic subtle look. I'm not a huge fan of overly dramatic looks so I requested a more natural fuller look with a bit of a cat eye. I wanted a look that made them as passable to naturally mine as possible ;) The environment is very relaxing that I dozed off a few times. Only down fall is the parking.
