She was very thorough, gentle and did a great job with the tint on my brows. I like mine to be darker since it fades and it was well ombré-d and didn't feel blocky at all for me! We'll see how it lasts in about a month or so! If things go well, Clair will for sure be my go to locally. Pro tip: definitely do the online booking; don't call/text. It was super hard to connect that way when I tried to see her a month before this appointment. Online booking was clear and easy but, just a heads up she does ask for a small deposit though ($10) at booking that goes toward overall service cost which is totally reasonable.

She is patient and meticulous when it came to my lashes and how they looked. What sets her apart is she ensures the aftercare is done well. On my first visit she provided me some gentle lash soap so I can take care of them and some spoolies to comb them out. The little touches that she has really sets her apart. I've been to a handful of other lash techs in Santa Rosa and Windsor, and would absolutely recommend Claire above the others.

One thing I wasn't sure about was wearing false lashes, so she offered to try both looks to compare, and we both agreed the lashes were the finishing touch. I really appreciate that she gave her professional opinion but also was willing to let me see both looks to compare. Anyway, if you need someone to help you look your best, call Niomi! I voiced multiple times that the color was way too dark and was told it would lighten -- it didn't. The appointment also felt rushed to move through customers. My cuticles were cut to the point of bleeding, the corners weren't filed properly, and parts of the nails are stuck against the skin. I even skipped the nail art I originally wanted because the base color already looked so off. From far away they look okay, but up close the quality just isn't there. The woman who answered was extremely rude from the start. It was hard to understand her, so we politely repeated ourselves--but instead of helping, she got frustrated and escalated things. During the call, she used the highly offensive f slur toward my friend, then hung up. When we tried calling back from another number (since she wouldn't answer the first), she picked up and immediately responded with another F slur before we even said anything. At that point, we hung up. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would strongly warn others to avoid this place. No one should be treated like that just for asking a simple question.
