I assumed this was normal until I went elsewhere and had a much more comfortable experience. After the lift, my lashes remained straight. I reached out with a photo, but the only response was that I could come back in 6-8 weeks for another lift. No refund, no fix, and no alternative offered. $120 lost. My second experience was related to a last-minute cancellation. On the morning of my appointment, I had to cancel because my dog had a medical emergency. I called, stressed and frantic from the hospital waiting room, explained the situation, and the receptionist did not mention that I would still be charged. However, my $50 deposit was taken out immediately. While I understand policies, clearer communication and a little compassion in that moment would have gone a long way. It's a shame, because the lash techs I've had have been very nice. Only bumping this up a star for them. But unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I reached out to her and she got back to me very quickly with a recommendation for microshading. I never had microshading but I was willing to go with her recommendation. From the moment I met Tebee I really liked her! She is super sweet, friendly, and most importantly, she is *amazing* at what she does! Her studio is super cute, comfortable and extremely clean. During my first session, she explained how microshading worked and that I would get more density while keeping a more natural look - this is exactly what I wanted. Tebee measured my brows so they would be symmetrical and she corrected all the imperfections along the way. On my second visit she corrected the coloring and left me with perfect brows! The prices on their site and other coupon places are extremely great deals to take advantage of if you'll be in the area. You won't get the super ultra spa extras (locker rooms, fruit water with real glasses, a slow langorous atmosphere, etc.) but I never felt rushed or unattended over 3 hours of massage and facial services.
