I had to reach out on Instagram to contact her and get an updated phone number. I then started reaching out to her via text for the follow up appointment, she kept telling me she was busy and try back next week. It is now December and I still don't have a follow up appointment. She continues to give me the runaround she could just say she's not going to complete it and let me go to somebody else, but she's been stringing me along for the last four or five months. I would not go to this woman for anything. I paid for her initial fee and tipped her very well and I feel completely disregarded by her. She is not a good business owner, she's not invested in her clients and she did a terrible job on my eyebrows, I have sent her pictures showing her that I needed follow up. I'm so glad she has packed up and left Fishtown. I would not schedule new client appointments with her. She is a negligent business owner and did not do a good job on my brows.

Originally I intended to get a set of lashes installed but after Izzy and I talked and my brows/lashes were looked over, we decided a lash lift and brow lamination were more my style. The entire appointment was great, we chatted, I was given some much needed advice on how to start my brow grow out journey and what products can help with it, and got to learn a bit more about what the salon offers. In chatting I learned that the salon's been open for about two years and she participates in class pass, which is always a huge plus these days. She cares about making you look your best & made sure to give me an idea of what to expect at the start. I really appreciated that we talked before she started because once I got cozy, I wouldn't have been fully listening and fighting sleep. This surprises me but the appointment was actually so relaxing. I'd love to go back and see what other beauty treatments I can nap through. The space itself is super cute and has room for multiple services. There are private treatment rooms and a more open space currently for lashes & brows. The prices listed on the services menu also looked super reasonable to me - pro-tip: at home lash lifts don't go well (trust me), skip the DIY and treat yourself. All she did was cut my nails and get to putting the acrylic on. She did it very thick and I didn't say anything because I'm thinking she's going to fix it but all she did was continue to add more. It did NOT look pleasing to the eye. Then shes very rough. I also was confused out on how the price changed. I told them what I wanted and whoever was on the phone told me that it was 30-40.
