Esthetician was nice enough. Good at her job. The admin staff though? Wow. I'll post screenshot of their harassment below after my appt. I get facials monthly and this kind of treatment is completely out of the ordinary. I will never return - you couldn't pay me enough I'd tipped her $30. I did not specify 1hr and I told my esthetician about having the groupon for the diamond micro dermabrasion and asked if she was familiar w it & her response was, "yes, yes, I know this one". So, no, I am not okay with an extra charge when I do not feel responsible for the miscommunication. Perhaps if I had an actual conversation with anyone prior to the appt, as in a call to confirm, things would have gone more smoothly. I liked the esthetician but not the scheduling experience - this is the first time I opened this text chat; I'm a busy person. Thanks. Well. You booked one hour and didn't note you have a voucher. But we figured you don't wanna pay. We banned your permission to book with us. We will just let you to take advantage of us if that make you feel better. And we are busy as well. It makes sense to me now why I didn't feel like I got a usual micro dermabrasion session. I will also be sure to post your response here on the Groupon site as part of my review. A true boutique spa that gets the job done. I very much appreciated the extra texts about the roads closure and parking options ahead of time. The online registration forms were frustrating with asking for the same info in multiple places but led to quicker check in. Be aware in prime times, parking is pretty skimpy. But Pheonixville main street is a very pleasant place with lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy before or after your services. My appointments were thorough and efficient, and I definitely felt taken care of. The prices on their site and other coupon places are extremely great deals to take advantage of if you'll be in the area. You won't get the super ultra spa extras (locker rooms, fruit water with real glasses, a slow langorous atmosphere, etc.) but I never felt rushed or unattended over 3 hours of massage and facial services. If you want a pleasant spa service, it's definitely a spot to consider. read more

The place was small but very clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and wore masks. We will be coming back again even may get a monthly pass. They took their time and made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. The only con is they do not give you the full 60 min massage but Jennifer and Alex were wonderful and Tina too. read more

This place is just ok. They didn't put much effort into decorating the room, and obviously didn't spend a lot. The receptionist was on the phone the entire time I waited, so no time to get any information. That made a poor impression. I paid for a 60 minute massage, but it's actually only 50 minutes. Nick was very good and actually did do 60 minutes when I complained, but regular price is $59.95, so a Groupon for $59 Is no deal. It's a "massage factory" like Massage Envy or Hand & Stone, but those are more upscale. read more

My massage therapist was excellent. She focused on the areas I asked her too. pressure was good. We opted for the peppermint aroma and omg it was great!! i was beyond relaxed. Made appointments a month in advance and both were cancelled twice in a row on the same day as the appointment. It is very aggravating when I take time off work and get cancelled on last minute! This is the second time it's happened and I don't even know when I will return and if they are even going to service me as scheduled. This was a horrible experience. I had an emergency that caused me to have to reschedule my appointment a few times. They were accomodating to that which I appreciated. But the massage was the absolute worst I have ever had in my entire life. The guy looked like he was 19 and had no idea what he was doing. I left feeling worse then I went in and massages are not cheap. I honestly dont even know if the kid was a licensed massage therapist it was that absymal. I know Phoenixville is a small town but i really dont think its alot to ask to hire competent experienced people when you are charging upwards of 60 to 100 for a service. I also had a 30 minute facial and they did no extractions none. Thats the entire point of getting a facial. She then informed tha oh "id have to come back for the full facial" if i wanted extractions. This place is a complete waste of money. Dont bother. read more

Got a couples massage here back in February and it was amazing. They let you pick your fav massage oil (we personally loved the peppermint) the ambience in the room is so peaceful. They whisper to you when they need you to move a body part or are ready to do something so it keeps the room nice and quiet. The lights are dimmed then turned off. They are very professional and definitely know how to make you feel good. We can't wait to book another session when we aren't so busy. read more

I found this spa during a yelp search, and read all reviews and immediately thought this place was worth it. I called ahead as I wanted to surprise my parents with a Valentine's Day couples massage. I asked for hot stones and then asked the difference between hot stones and was told Himalayan was better. As this sounded fancy I immediately chose this one. Again this was a gift so I wanted the best. The day of the appointment arrives and my parents are mid check-in when the receptionist walks outside to yell at a bystander for peeing on their sign. Studio has some nice wall decorations but cleanliness was below average. Now it could have been a bad day and my parents are still optimistic. Once they go in the back my Mother had the woman massage therapist who gave her a massage above the blanket the whole time. My mother explained that it felt like someone who was a novice practicing on her. Massage lasted not a whole hour about 30-45 minutes. Imagine 30-45 minutes of blanket rubs. As my mother calls I'm excited to wait on her review and ask about the fancy salts when she shares there was no salt, or stones or anything of that matter. At this point I'm extremely upset and I contact the shop and a really unprofessional woman answers the phone and LAUGHS the whole time and then states " we did not look at the schedule, we did Swedish instead". I'm furious due to the lack of unprofessionalism and for ruining my special gift. I made the woman on the phone aware of my review. read more

We bought the groupon for the 60-minute couples massage with aromatherapy and head massage about a month before our appointment and it was simple to make our appointment over the phone. The establishment was very welcoming and relaxing. We were helped immediately and once we were done with our forms our massages started right away! Jay and Sonia were fantastic and focused on the areas that we asked them to. They made sure that the pressure was enough to feel comfortable but not enough to hurt us! I have been going to this spa for several months now and I cannot say enough great things about it! When you first walk in, you are greeted by a lovely receptionist in a beautiful atmosphere. It is immediately relaxing. Sonia does both my massage therapy and my facials. She has the exact pressure I need and I never leave feeling beat up! The facials are completely unique. She never walks away for ten or more minutes when something has to sit on my skin. Instead, she is working on something else for me. My skin looks great! I even fell asleep during the last facial.
