What I got was a sloppy, messy design that was virtually impossible to fix or improve because she just kept adding more crooked, sloppy, uneven lines. I was supposed to get both hands done, but I stopped her halfway through the first hand when it was obvious that she had no concept of symmetry and that ultimately this was not going to get any better. I tried washing it off as soon as I got out of her chair, but the stain had already started to set. She told me it should only last a day or two since I removed it so quickly.. I hope so because I'm going on vacation soon and I do not feel comfortable walking around with my hand covered in such poor, sloppy, unprofessional work.

No Brazilian is painless, but this experience was as bearable as it was thorough. She didn't hesitate to repeat the process on areas that needed more attention than others. There have been times in the past where I went a long time in between waxes and they were always as or more painful as I expected them to be. This time was different. I really didn't feel as much pain as I was anticipating. Once I left, I almost forgot a few times that I had even had it done. I actually ended up seeing Emmy (Mimi herself wanted to assist me but due to a scheduling conflict, I requested and earlier appt and Emmy was available)... she was awesome(again!). On my initial visit to this location, I opted to get my brows waxed. Because they offer a military and student promotion, I purchased a wax pass for brows. Many of the plans for services do not expire but ensure you are reading all the information to make informed decisions. My waxer was very personable and did a great job on my brows without making them thin. All the areas were well lit, clean and I didn't feel rushed. Appointments are preferred but on this occasion, I was able to wait 10 minutes and be seen. I can and have recommended EWC to others and I would/will return to this location.
