I had visited dermatologist after dermatologist when I decided to pursue a more non invasive approach. Shawnkia was very knowledgeable and explained every product she used on me. Now for the winner and what has made me a forever client of Shawnkia.....she makes her own products. That's right you heard me from the serum, to the cleanser, to the orange based tonic I adore to the cucumber infused moisturizer it is all made right from your girl. The particular line she used on me was for environmentally stressed skin. Other products leave my skin burnt or dried out these products were gentle, soothing and left me radiant. I motioned to remove toe separators that wasn't on toes correctly so I had to adjust. They charged $10 (not on price list) for designs on big toes which is more than I've ever spent. They also charge more for credit cards. It was only 3 of us in there. She did an excellent job on designs. Pedi was ok. I took my own polish (that I had to open) which saves them money. Customer service is lacking.

The nail tech guaranteed my acrylic fill in would last 3 weeks . It didn't last four days. I sent a picture of the chipped nail to the owner but I was ignored . During my pedicure , the skin on top of my foot was scraped to the white meat with a pumice stone . It bled heavily . I was charged full price for the pedicure and told sorry. Better Customer service would definitely help this business retain new customers. If your stylist made a mistake , offer some form of amends to show your remorse and gratitude to the customer.
