Microbladders usually start the fronts of your eyebrows slightly further apart to permit natural front growth. This means that there are hairs infront and the ink starts a little bit further in the actual brow. Today, the fronts of my eyebrows completely threaded off because the threader wasn't aware that she should follow my natural shape - not take out hairs until where my actual microblading starts. I made it a point to tell the salon on numerous occasions not to remove the fronts too far back. Unfortunately, today who ever did my eyebrow took off a huge chunk and now I am missing the front of my eyebrow. She also took away a lot of hairs within my brows so it looks like I have patches missing.

The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. I would recommend you bring cash so that you can pay the regular price, as if you pay with card there is an additional fee. Also if you want to leave a tip make sure to tell them prior to paying if you're using card or they will have to do a separate transaction for the tip. Case in point, bring cash to pay for your services to Limit confusion and fees. I'm not sure if I will try other services, but I will definitely be back from massages regularly. Consoni does an awesome job and the prices are very affordable. I've paid MUCH more for massages that aren't near as good as hers. A spa vibe is my preference for a relaxing day. I like a place to sit and just relax a bit after a massage with a cup of tea prior to getting back to the hustle. I had a very concerning experience at this business. I was given a price before service, but when…read moreit came time to pay, I was charged $16 more than what I was originally told. My sister also experienced the same issue and was quoted one price but charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, there was an issue with the tip on my sister's transaction. She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.

This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever received at a nail shop. Their written policy makes it clear that they are deliberately trying to keep customers happy.
