Also if it was informed then they need to add it to the service list which they have not. What's worse is that instead of taking accountability and improving their customer communication, they chose to silence me. That speaks volumes about how they handle constructive criticism. Before I purchased a Groupon I wanted to read reviews on her service so I came on yelp to find the business and I could not locate it. When speaking to her she told me "no I don't have yelp, you have to pay for services like that". I just thought to myself... WEIRD. Your a business, yelp is great promotion, who doesn't YELP?! But I kept my mouth closed and didn't say anything. I inquired about microblading which is what she is advertising on Groupon and she tried to up sale me telling me that the option on Groupon was actually not a good deal because I would have to return for other services, but she indeed was offering promotions through herself which would be more than the Groupon but you get more services. I couldn't help but to think then why did you advertise on there... she referred me to her instagram page to look at pictures of her work.
