She heard my concerns and understood my worries. It's been 3 days and my lashes look like it's half way through week two already. They charge $160 for classic which is the basic set. It's overpriced for sure. I didn't get the manicure because no one knew how to do it-the available tech only knew how to do the basic manicure. The site says 1hour 45min for both:/ I think these ladies are fresh outta nail school and are still learning the ropes. My appointment was booked with Brittany (the manager) but she wasn't there so Erica did it. I've seen other reviews that boast Brittany is amazing so maybe that's who you have to ask for-I dunno-I do know I can't do a 2 hour pedi lawd. I may go back and try them again-I dunno.
