We were here on vacation and needed an emergency girls day. Celeste's receptionist was amazingly warm and welcoming and got us in last minute with Celeste and Shannon. My daughter and I both got the "Halo" face frame highlights, customized to each of our preferences. Celeste went the extra mile to ensure my color was just how I like it: seamless with a root shadow and color block toning as I needed. Shannon gave my daughter the PERFECT sunkissed, natural pop she needed to brighten her without looking overdone. The staff member thanked me, and we left on a positive note. I subsequently took a break from getting my nails done and made my appointment for today in the morning, which the salon adjusted to early afternoon. No problem, however, when I showed up for my appointment, I was told they made a "mistake" and could I wait or come back in 40 minutes? I reminded the technician that I had given up my appointment in the past for them, which didn't seem to matter since they were overbooked and I unfortunately could not adjust to a later appointment due to another obligation. They do a great job, however, you'll want to have an abundance of time in order to not be disappointed.

They didn't use a light to examine my face for impurities, they never removed blackheads, toner or serum. They just felt like they kept using the same foaming cleansing stuff over and over again. They wrapped my face in a warm towel while they laid some flimsy eye patches over my eyes so they could massage my neck and feet. Overall the experience reminded me of an old run down Chinese restaurant that turned into a spa. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on this place.
