I was a regular customer a year ago. I made an appointment for Mother's Day 2025, and saw that the salon was quickly becoming overbooked, so since my service had not started, I asked if it would be helpful to give up my spot. The staff member thanked me, and we left on a positive note. I subsequently took a break from getting my nails done and made my appointment for today in the morning, which the salon adjusted to early afternoon. No problem, however, when I showed up for my appointment, I was told they made a "mistake" and could I wait or come back in 40 minutes? I reminded the technician that I had given up my appointment in the past for them, which didn't seem to matter since they were overbooked and I unfortunately could not adjust to a later appointment due to another obligation. They do a great job, however, you'll want to have an abundance of time in order to not be disappointed. read more

I made an appointment for myself and my daughter. They got started on her relatively quickly but it took over an hour for someone to begin my pedicure. We were in the salon for more than 2.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure. I should have asked more questions about the charges but for both of us it was over $300. We don't expect perfection, but the quality is just okay. read more

Appalled at the quality of service - My nails came out unevenly shaped, despite requesting a technician who was skillful in shaping. The two gems that were glued on came off just hours after leaving. Nothing was done for my cuticles - no push back, no cutting, and no cleaning up. I pointed out that one of my nails was curving upward after - nothing was done to fix it. The pedicure looks like it was done by a child. Aside from the issues with quality, I found my services to be completely unsanitary. My nail technician dropped the entire jar of chrome, and proceeded to scoop it off the dirty ground with their hands into a paper towel and still used it on my nails. They also dropped a few tools throughout my appointment and never cleaned them before using them on me. My nails are sore just two days after service. I was also charged $80 for a dip manicure. I got chrome and two gems, but still I have never been charged this much. I followed up asking for a breakdown of the charges and have not received a reply. Choose another salon if you are visiting the island. read more

They had good reviews. The place was filthy. The person that did my nails didn't have a clue on any of my requests. To make it easier on him I requested a French manicure. I requested 2 coats of white (3 different times) and he gave me 1 coat. By this time I was so frustrated I didn't bother asking again for the 4th time. When I left I was charged $7.00 extra for a french manicure. I will not be going back. read more

Location was suspect. pedicurist was too young and inexperienced whether it was the temperature of the water, the temperature of the hot towel or the actual pedicure itself, not ready for prime time and all this for a special price of $71? never again thank you very much. Visited this salon on 10/30 & had the most horrible experience. I booked with one person & received another to begin with. I was in there for almost 2 hours for a fill in with plain gel polish, no design. My nails are sensitive to the touch & hurt from her filing them down so much because she put way too much acrylic. It also looks like a child painted them, there is streaks all on the nails & they are very lumpy. I told her multiple times I wasn't happy with them & all she could say was "sorry". I contacted the owner and sent her pictures not even 30 minutes after the leaving the salon because my polish has already chipped off & she tried to tell me it was impossible to chip like that. I'm in the Beauty industry so I paid + tipped my tech, but I just wasn't happy when I left, especially because I told her multiple times I didn't like them & she didn't nothing to fix them. I've asked for a refund because I have an event & need to get these fixed, but they are refusing. read more
