I LOVE Christina at Lashes on Broadway in Temecula, CA. She is VERY sweet. She works with you in trying to maximize the best program for the look you want without "emptying your wallet." You can get more volume and glam if you want. She will always educate you on your lashes and what condition they are in. I highly recommend not going to this place. Find any other place. I had been getting my eyelashes done for over a year now. I had wonderful lashes and never had to put on mascara. My lashes would last a month. I recently moved to Temecula so I had to find a new eyelash place. I've gone a few times for fills. One of my fills, she literally took 15 minutes to do the entire fill. Yet, I still had to pay the whole amount. Plus, I always tip a lot. The last time I went, my lashes lasted about a week and then would bend in all sorts of directions. I don't know what glue they use but I don't have a lot of my own lashes left. It's very upsetting. I used to have nice lashes. I wanted extensions so that it wouldn't take me long to put on my makeup. I still have a few lashes left that will not budge. I feel like they are stuck onto my regular lash. So I look ridiculous with a few long lashes and hug gaps. Do not go here. You will be sorry. read more

First of all, I don't recommend this place at all....I was anxious and excited to actually get my lashes done, started off well, got booked with Denise, she was very nice , that's not my issue with her tho, my issue was how my eyes and lashes turned out after! My eyes are so swollen and irritated and red today and the whole night of my eyes were on FIRE! I waited till the morning to say anything just in case this was "normal"....I woke up in the morning with SWOLLEN RED PUFFY eyes! I texted dennise directly and she didn't respond for 4 hours and then told me it's normal and when I asked what glue was used she said it's the "lashes on broadway" brand and sent me a picture, I kept asking WHAT brand are they bcuz they obviously slap their label on it and call it their own, I just wanted to know the ingredients so I may let my doctor know bcuz this clearly isn't "normal". She still has yet to respond to me. And don't call the main number and expect a response either, I called, they asked for my info and told me they would let the technician know and would call me back to answer any questions I had.....this was at 9:30am and it's now almost 4pm...aside from Denise dodging my text messages and not giving me a direct answer to my questions I had, I feel like lashes on broadway does not care about anyone's well being or health, not to mention I'm pregnant, and for them to still ignore my concerns is completely unacceptable. I will not ever go back nor will I refer my friends. I was so excited for this and now my eyes are puffy and swollen and they will not give me the name of the glue/primer used.. the Temecula location is completely empty bcuz it is a "new" location but if this is how ur training ur girls to work with people then I hope u don't ever open up. I DO NOT recommend them PERIOD. So beyond disappointed with my experience and outcome. Now I'm stuck to deal with what they used on me with no forward response about wat they use on u. I am so furious still, so after being told the redness I was experiencing was "normal" and should go away 24-48hrs, my eyes and blood vessels in them were still Red and I got a stye on my left eye!! I've had lash extensions for years and have had to get fills at several different locales while traveling. This was the most sorry excuse for a "fill" I've ever had. After about 20 minutes she said we were finished. I didn't have my contacts in, so couldnt really see how poorly of a job it was. I dont get heavy lash jobs to begin with.I have a good base of natural lashes and just like to enhance what I have. It's not like I wanted a big job done but this was a joke! After, I went to another salon to ask about how they did their fills. Maybe Ca is different, just wanted to see. Someone who takes ownership like that speaks volumes on the business they are running, again, I really appreciated it. Angie asked to re-do their last service. This review is for management. I called in three days after a volume lash appt because my lashes were falling out in clusters. I was told they would contact me back and I received no response for over a week. I happened to view my card statement and see that they double charged me. I reached out again and left a message which no one replied to. I understand staff turnover rate is crazy but I expect at least a response. I'm averaging $120 per month at this business and yet I cannot even receive a phone call! Bad business will not recommend to any of the people in my circle! read more

So,I'll start by saying it is my wife that gets her lashes done here. While her lashes always seemed nice, she did have a bad experience when her original lash lady was unavailable/out of town. Her lashes fell out the next day and were not as full as I had seen from previous appointments. Now for the part that got me involved. She came home today in tears because of the way she was treated and talked to on the phone while trying to book an appointment (so I got involved and called). Now I was not rude I just wanted answers. They have a policy I guess that is signed or stated at the beginning saying if you cancel or call off your appointment within a certain time the company then places a $30 booking fee for missed appointment and then a $30 holding fee to book the next appointment. So a total of $60 before even walking into your next appointment. To explain what was told to me on the phone. My wife missed 1 appointment in a years time and apparently called out of one 10min before. Now this is a good track record to me for 365 days in a year.... The companies exact terminology is she is a "HABITUAL OFFENDER." That right there is enough to offended anyone when you say that on the phone. We have a 7month old who has recently had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. Sorry my wife and I have a child and a life that doesn't revolve around your company! Along with everyone in the community having a life and emergencies! Not even the decency to extend a 1 time "you may have forgotten our policy OR NEVER EVEN TOLD OF IT, please come back, but next time it happens you will be charged and noted on your account we had this conversation." I've been and am a Manager in Retail/Hospitality/Restaurants for 8+years and the last statement would have been how I treated a customer/guest of mine NOT giving them a NAME OF HABITUAL OFFENDER and just saying ok you can move on to the next company. That's the worst way to keep customer retention and good things being said in the local community. I'm glad yelp is around to keep companies like yours mindful of this. She did not tend to my eye, she did not check to see why my eye was stinking ALL throughout then she had the nerve to suggest for tip!?! Worst experience ever! She listened to exactly what I wanted and did it..... My eyelashes look so natural no one has asked me if they are fake.... I was hesitant to get lash extensions because they're sorta pricey and seemed like a hassle to maintain but I am so beyond happy I went for it! Normalynn was fabulous and precise. I can't stop looking at my new eyelashes! They look so natural and she really takes into consideration how long and full you want your lashes and she gives you exactly that! The process was relaxing, she played calming music and it took a lot less time than I thought (around an hour and a half) but it seemed like a lot less! I'm in love with my lashes! The place is very beautiful with friendly, smiley women to greet you. The lady that did my lashes was very sweet and beautiful as well. However, it was my first time there, and I already had eyelash extensions from somewhere else, and I needed a fill. The only question she asked me was if I liked the length that they were, and then she started. She didn't ask me about what type of curl, or if i liked it longer on the ends, etc. I'm very confused about this lash place. I had individual/single eyelash extensions on me from the other place I went to, and she filled me with clusters, which is like 3 lashes on 1. Do you guys not have single/individual eyelashes? Two fell out the day of, and many more have fallen out since- it's only been 5 days. I can tell too much glue was used, and I can see the clumps. I can tell it will rip out my natural eyelashes, which i'm super pissed about. It hurts to brush some of them, which is not supposed to happen. They were applied very scattered, so some of them are going random directions, and it looks terrible. Some are too far in front of the other, which hurts to brush as well. Also to add, she didn't give me a spooly brush to brush my eyelashes, which is something eyelash extension salons usually do. However, i have one from the previous place I went to. My right eye has more eyelash extensions than my left eye as well. The lady seemed rushed or didn't want to do it, which is not something you want to see/feel when your getting a procedure done on your EYES. I came for the hour appt, and she took about 40 mins, and I still payed $60 and gave a tip..... All this being said, I never complain about things or tell the person if I like it or not because i'm shy. But in reality, i'm not satisfied at all, and it sucks cause I don't know where else to go! read more

I have had extensions from three places and never had a problem. Here I got a reaction. The skin around my eyes became was red and scaley! I tried to get in for removal and was scheduled for the wong location, then I could not get in before I had to leave on vacation! It was really horrible. I called several times to ask for the ingregiant list so I could ask my doctor if there was a known allergin and avoid this again. She told me she didnt' even know so, no. I was able to convience her to please make a call for me and was promised a call back. She called back to tell me she called? It's been 10 days and no word.
