When I walked in I was greeted warmly, then proceeded to going to aid in the other room, she advised me to takeoff my shirt because she incorporates her massage expertise into her facial routine for clients, then she cleaned my face to strip oils, lathered on some delicious-smelling lip balm, steamed my face and neck with a warm towel, and proceeded to applying 3 layers of the acid peel. Then, she massaged a bit of my shoulders and neck, and even my scalp (hence, why the hair be messy) while the peel was doing it's thing. 45 minutes in, I was a happy camper and will be back very soon, now I know I can buy a package deal instead of a single treatment and it'll totally be worth it!
