Scheduling online was easy and I was able to book a lash lift & tint for my partner with a brow tint & shaping for myself at the same time. Madison did my brows and Hayley did my partner's lashes. They are so kind and so funny. The conversation was great and time passed by so quickly. Madison asked if I was using a variety of products to ensure that waxing would be the best route for shaping. Since I use retinol and glycolic acid, she ended up tweezing my brows to be safe. Hayley walked through the steps for my partner's lashes as this was her first time doing any of it. We both left really happy with the results. I received a lot of compliments on my brows the next day during my zoom meetings. I don't have to wear any mascara and it lasts for quite a few weeks. I'm addicted now and and go back every few weeks to freshen up my eyelashes and get my eyebrows tinted. Her studio is also very relaxing. There is parking off the alley in the back of her studio. There generally is street parking as well if there is no parking in back. I highly recommend Ariel!
