Two surgeries later, I live in a crystal clear world without the need for glasses that I have worn for over 60 years! Dr. Cutney is an awesome surgeon who truly cares and that is a rare combination. Plus, Jennifer and Rosemary are top shelf. Hope you never need her services, but if you do, do not hesitate for a minute!

For the past 2 years they have not been able to correct my vision. Needed glasses starting 1/2024. They didn't get the prescription right. Came back month later new prescription which still want 100%. Within a few months eyesight started worsening. Waited until my annual eye exam 1/2025. Still didn't correct completely. Couldn't be bothered with going back again to have them fix it and my eyesight still not clear like last year. January 2026. Same thing. Eyesight not fully corrected. Fell in February so had to take care of that before corrected the January prescription that was never right. Finally in April 2026 Dr. Miller tells me to get a topography exam and the machine was broken in their office so they sent me to Eye Associates Of Vineland in Cherry Hill. Which by the way I later find out the topography exam isn't covered by my insurance. I'm told I have a stretched cornea which can only be fully corrected by contact lenses. Meanwhile I have 2 pairs of glasses with fresh lenses that are never going to correct my eyes completely. Now my insurance won't cover anything because I've gone ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE WITH UMPTEENTH EXAMS FOR ME TO NOW PAY FOR A SEPARATE CONTACTS EXAM and the COST OF CONTACTS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHAT WAS PRESCRIBED ALL ALONG IN THE FIRST PLACE. Honestly I don't even trust that they will get that correct.

From start to finish, the entire team made me feel informed, calm, and truly cared for. My surgeon, Dr. Julian Procope, was amazing--his calming disposition immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely confident in his care. The doctor who examined me initially, as well as my follow-up physician, Dr. Stoltz, were equally wonderful. Dr. Stoltz took extra time to walk me through my options, especially helping me decide between corrective vision and monovision. What stood out most was that he allowed me to experience what my vision would be like ahead of time, so I could make a truly informed decision without pressure. That level of patience and education meant everything. The office manager, Mrs. Parker, was also fantastic--she patiently went over all my paperwork, answered every question thoroughly, and made the administrative side feel seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend LasikPlus, especially to anyone in their 50s who may feel unsure about whether LASIK is worth it at this stage of life. For me, it absolutely was. I'm so grateful to be done with years of contacts and glasses and to step into this next chapter with clarity--literally and figuratively. If you're on the fence, I encourage you to explore it. I'm so glad I did.

I met her the day of the procedure. She wasn't rude but she surely wasn't friendly. During the procedure, I felt some pressure and slight lifting in my right eye. I figured it must be apart of the process and didn't think anything of it. 3-4 months post op, my right eye was still blurry. I went back for a visit in which I was told it's just dry eyes and to apply drops. That didn't help. I went to my eye doctor who put me on steroid eye drops and nothing. Still blurry. I go back again to LasikPlus and they refer me to a dry eye specialist. The dry eye specialist, informed me my right eye is slight dry nothing exciting. He explained dry eye typically occurs in both eyes not just one. He recommended, I follow back up with LASIK plus because I would benefit from an enhancement. I contacted LasikPlus with this information and informed there is a process. If they feel like you qualify, you'll get the enhancement and if they don't well you're SOL. If I would've known the process with LasikPlus would be like this, I would have gone somewhere else.

She knows traditional medicine (i.e. presciptions) and natural medicines, including homeopathic methods, vitamins, herbs, etc.. It never seems like she's trying to push for you to take medication. She wants you to pick whatever is best for you. She's very patient with her patients (hehe), never rushing your explanations or trying to get you out. Which means there might be a bit of a wait, but her waiting room is soothing (with incense and a tiny fountain) and her receptionist is so sweet. Always asking about your family and making small talk. Some of her procedures/consultations are not insured, but she tells you in advance and is willing to work with you on payments. When my Mother had cancer and was in quite a trying state, Epifania gave my Mother her mobile number and her home number, which my Mother did use and Dr. Cruz never ever complained or seemed even a bit put-out by it. She really is the best doctor ever. I still go to her now for myself when I'm in the area - partially to catch-up with her and her staff and partially because new york city is stressful and she can always pinpoint what's wrong and recommend something that rejuvenates me. Note: She will most likely ask for you to get a blood test for her to give you a thorough examination. She really can tell a lot about how you're really feeling and what the best supplement/medication is based on the blood work/report. Seriously, go! If you go to the doctor regulary or haven't been for decades, she will make you feel the best you could possibly feel, all the time.
