The staff at the front desk was super friendly and happy to take a look, even though this wasn't a normal appointment or purchase. Dr. Moon was great. The screws on my old metal frames were incredibly tight, but he knew exactly what to do. He loosened them up and carefully transferred my lenses into the new frames in just a few minutes. What I thought might turn into a hassle ended up being quick and easy, and I appreciated how patient and professional he was. The whole visit reminded me why it's worth going to a good local optician. Because of how helpful everyone was, I definitely plan to come back later this year for my annual eye exam and to get new frames and progressive lenses through them.
