I trusted them and they mislead us with price when they came back to do part 2 of our project. We had two identical chairs upholstered and were charged $55 more a chair the 2nd time and was told it must have been a "mistake" and that we "got a good deal" the first time, but they would not honor the price. Apparently, they do not live up to their word, or as the customer I would have been right and charged the same price as the first time. I think if they are going to pride themselves on customer service they should live up to their philosophy.
