Although there was trouble with the part needed, Cristian returned and installed the part when acquired. The washer required 2 additional parts but Cristian was able to restore my washer to perfect working order. I have been positively impressed with the way Cristian persevered despite challenges. Christian arrived at the designated time, assessed whether he could install our new dishwasher, and immediately began after his positive assessment. I would not recommend this company for repairs. He couldn't get a nut off our washer, and said it wasnt repairable since he could get it off. He gave only excuses for why it wouldn't come off, When in reality he didn't have the right socket. When he left I drove to Napa auto parts bought the right socket, and the nut came off without resistance. I can't in good condidence recommend someone who won't buy the right tools for the job, and only makes excuses for his incompetence. Let's just say a $30 part (he said didn't exist) cost him a $600 job and a future client and any referrals. I would highly advise avoiding this company, unless you expect your repair to be an easy one. read more

can not recommend. we paid nearly $600 to have our ice maker fixed. it is not fixed, hardly making any ice at all but dumping water and making huge ice berg in tray. we have reached out over and over again to this company and we are being ghosted. I think the issue was not what he thought at all. he has cashed the checks and we cannot get any response from any number and even their email. never had any repair person do this. we are retirees trying to get by and now we are having to call another repair company out. so sad, we wasted our $. read more

Horrible experience! Christian, the owner came to my house on July 5th to fix my gas stove top that was clicking while burner was on. He quoted me a price of $560 to fix it. He took $320 down and said he'd be in touch within a week because he had to order part. He never contacted me so I called him. He said when part came in he'd call. Part came in and he came to fix it, but couldn't he said because the part he just bought was bad part. He broke three of my light caps on stove which indicate which burner is on. I waited three months for him to fix it. Finally text him again on his Mobil number which is on his contract and he called me Rude for using that number and preceeded to tell me he wasn't going to fix my stove and was going to refund me minus the 145 dollars for coming out to my house. His policy is he charges 145 dollars unless you have him do job, then it goes toward total job cost. He puts on a good face being nice until he has to fulfill contract. Still have not recieved any money back and it's been 4 days short of four months! Do not use this company!!! Would do no star if possible read more

I needed a spring replaced on my heavy stove door. Christian came out and diagnosed the issue. The part was ordered. And we were all set to go. The part was on backorder and did not come in. For a couple months. Christian called often to check in and tell us he was staying on top of the issue. Once the part came in, he fixed the door right away. Was hired by our contractor to install high end appliances in our new construction home. Was supposed to come out last Thursday but came a day earlier. They unboxed the appliances and incorrectly assumed the range wasn't set up for propane, which it was. They left and were supposed to return to complete the install. They left the appliances an absolute mess. I called multiple times to see if they were going to return to complete the install....no response easy time. Christian came out and immediately diagnosed the problem with my Whirlpool washer. He was able to get the part and repair it the same day. We have had C & C Appliance to our home twice in recent months. Christian phoned before the appointment time to let us know he will be arriving on time. He made his assessment of our refrigerator and washing machine and told us the problem and how much it would cost. Both appliances have been repaired at a reasonable price. We had two appliance problems. #1. A leaking LG washing machine #2. A Frigidaire wall Oven/Microwave combination with the door on the microwave which would not open! I called C & C and the receptionist apologized that it would would take 9 days to have a service technician come to our home to diagnose the problem as they were totally swamped with repair service calls. Chris came out on the day promised (January 19th) and in very short order had the leaking washing machine fixed and tested as he carried the repair part which fixed the leak problem. The microwave oven problem was much harder to fix as the entire stove/microwave unit needed to be removed from the cabinet and disassembled. Chris diagnosed the door problem very quickly and told me he would return the following Monday with the part. True to his word he returned on January 24th and disassembled the microwave oven once again and replaced the defective door part, tested the microwave, put the covers back on and replaced the appliance in the cabinet! Chris is a true professional! He did not waste a lot of time looking for the problem. He went right to the cause of the problem and fixed both problem which we had at a very reasonable cost for both service call charge and the cost of the repair parts. If you have an appliance problem I suggest you give C & C a call as they are professional in every respect and they are very fair with both their repair charges and parts prices. Charged really high price to fix my fridge and kitchen sink but they ended up not working in two months and when I called him back to come have a look at it , he couldn't even waived the $75 fee for a repeated customer who was ripped off previously. Save your time and money folks. read more

Cristian was very thoughtful, wore booties and a mask during Covid. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy to have a working frig again after two years of dealing with our ice issue. He called ahead of time to let us know he was coming and was right on time. Explained everything to our complete satisfaction. Very professional and reasonably priced, actually less than we had expected. It's so hard to find competent repair people that can be trusted anymore. Cristian knows his 'stuff' and we are happy we found him. He had actually been recommended by two different appliance dealerships as we were ready to give up on this four year old Samsung frig and buy a new one. My French door refrigerator stopped cold, actually stopped warm, and I was in a panic as my refrigerated food began to spoil and i had to throw it all out. On top of that I am listing my house for sale next week and was in a panic. So I called C&C Appliance Service and a young gentleman by the name of Cristian came to look at the problem. He was prompt and even gave a call ahead to inform me exactly what time he would arrive. Upon arrival he greeted me cordially and asked me if he needed to remove his shoes before entering the house. He began work on the refrigerator and upon diagnosing the problem he assured me that he could do the repairs and within an hour or so he had repaired the refrigerator and it is running like new. There was a small crack in one of the shelves and he even ordered spare part, which is going way above and beyond what I could have hoped for. To top it all off, the repair cost was EXTREMELY reasonable. I just wanted to say Cristian was a true gentleman and a true professional. Great job Cristian and C&C Appliance service!!
