I'll speak very briefly about the food - EXCELLENT! But what I'd also really like to comment about is the generosity and hospitality of Chris and his family as good people. Our neighborhood hosted a picnic celebration in far north Fort Worth yesterday and I took my son and wife to get food seconds before a pretty bad storm blew in. Chris and his family took us into the food truck and he told us entertaining stories to keep my family at ease as high winds were wreaking havoc outside. Really nice family who owns this food truck!! The brisket was nice and juicy and loved the flavor! Wasn't a huge fan of the sides (baked beans, potatoe salad, slice of toast bread), so next time I'd just get the meat :) There is no place to sit (other than the floor) so be prepared to eat in the car unless you live close by. read more

What a great Saturday lunch! I went here today with a Living Social voucher. I ordered a brisket sandwich, potato salad and Dr. Pepper, although I could have made better use of my voucher and of this delicious food. First, it's easy to find; look for the sign, the truck is in a bank drive through. Get there between 12-3 and the closer to 3, the less likely there will be food. The food, delicious as I said. Bun--nice and fresh. Potato salad--just as momma makes, potatoes cooked just until done, cut up into small pieces and dressed with dill pickles, mustard and mayo. The serving was a nice size, although small, if I got home with the large size. The meat--the piece de resistance. The reason I'm proud to be a Texan. What my bar-be-cueing daddy taught me to appreciate. Three slices of lean, tender beef brisket that had been smoked, really smoked all night last night spread across the bun awaited me as I opened the styrofoam container. Knife? No, I removed a slice of meat from the plastic, placed it on my plate and cut it with my fork. Yum. Since Texas bar-be-cue is a dry rub, one does need a little moisture. A small bite of meat with potato salad is one way. Another way is to use sauce. But, not this sauce. I fear this is store bought. If the chef is so gifted at the smoker, could the chef concoct a little sauce in their kitchen that compliments rather than detracts from what could have been perfection? read more

My one stop for all my barbecue needs. The best brisket and ribs I've had in a long time. I like to buy a slab of ribs and a brisket so I can freeze some and have it whenever I'm ready for it. Ribs are tender and delicious. The brisket is fork tender and good sliced or chopped. The side are all very good. I haven't tried any desserts yet but will the next time I go. read more

Ate at Last Supper Bbq today when they were out at the Euless Pumpkin Patch, but it was really the only option. The brisket was mediocre and served on cheap store bought buns and the nachos were barely given any toppings. That wouldn't have been too bad though except the service and mood of the girls running the truck was terrible. It's definitely not good business to complain about the people that are paying for your services loudly and where everyone can hear you. Hopefully next year they won't be hired to service at the pumpkin patch again. read more

Let's work up from the bottom. The brisket had too much fat and seemed lacking in flavor. It also tasted a bit "ashy" to me (not SMOKEY, but like the ashes from the bottom of a smoker). The ribs were pretty good. I'm glad I opted for a two meat dinner, instead of just the one (brisket) I had originally planned. The potato salad seemed to be homemade. The paprika on top was a little different, but not bad. The baked beans were good. The peach cobbler was AWESOME! Why only two stars on the review? With BBQ, the meat should be the star. I didn't feel like that was the case here. To me, everything else was better than the meat (especially better than the brisket). Since this is a BBQ place, I can't rate it highly since the brisket seemed so bland. :( Maybe I'll try it again int he future and have a different impression. Chris' BBQ is some of the best I have ever had. The taste that is smoked into the ribs, the brisket, and the sausage is amazing. The meats are moist. You don't need sauce. The sides (baked beans and potato salad) are just as good as the BBQ. I have eaten here many times since my first visit (and brought friend from SFO, DEN, and other cities).
