I had the Lonestar street dog because it reminded me of the street vendors who would sell hot dogs outside of clubs in Los Angeles. They really get you with the smell of grilled onions. When I took a bite out of my hot dog, I was so surprised. It was so tender. It didn't have the snap you would usually experience with regular hot dogs. It had such a nice meaty flavor. The tater tots were super crispy and were exactly what I wanted in tater tots. While the seating here is in a covered outdoor shack, they do have air conditioning. The day we visited was a pleasant 70 degrees, so there was no need for the AC to run. But I also mention this in case you come in August. I imagine the AC unit does a good job, but its not a typical interior setup.

I couldn't finish the tots because I was so stuffed with the burger (solid portions). The burger had somewhat of a homemade burger taste which I loved. Although I must say, Texas still can't compete with LA when it comes to vegan food, especially burgers...we're just a little ahead of the game here in Cali when it comes to veg food. Vice definitely reminded me of the first iteration of plant based burgers from some time ago which is why I think LA/Cali is ahead of the game.
