Last weekend Lasting Impressions were hired to shuttle family and friends for my sisters wedding. They were paid $1400 for a simple pick up and drop off service from a nearby hotel, to and from the venue of the wedding ceremony/reception. Lasting Impressions were scheduled to pickup guest at the hotel, drop them off at the venue before the ceremony/reception. Then, take the guests back to the hotel when the reception was done. They were scheduled that night (after the reception) from 9:30pm until 11pm and were hired for two trips back to the hotel after the reception. The drive time from the hotel to the venue was approximately 30 minutes. Both the owner and driver were made clear of this, and the driver even accepted more money the day of, to confirm the extend time for the second trip back. That night, the first shuttle back was at 9:30pm to the hotel, and went smooth. And after talking to the guests that were on the shuttle, there were no delays or problems, and made it back to the hotel within reasonable time. But when it came to taking the second shuttle... Well there was none. The driver never came back for the Bride, Groom, or Bridal Party. We were left stranded at the venue. Of course we were respectful and just assumed the driver was running a little behind. But when it came to almost an hour later... We knew we weren't getting picked up. I personally called the driver and was given the news that, he was scheduled til 11pm, and since he didn't think he could pick us up from the venue and bring us back in time, he decided to call it a night... No call to the owner. No call to venue. No call to the Bride and Groom. When I questioned the 30 minute drive time, instead of accepting responsibility and apologizing, he replied with, "have you drove a shuttle on these roads?" I thought that was a very unprofessional and immature response. But when I responded with the point that we paid them extra for extended time for the second shuttle, and had to argue on the phone for 10 more minutes, the driver finally said he would come. But over an hour had past already, and we couldn't leave the Bride and Groom strained anymore. We found our own way home. After reaching out to the owner and filing a complaint. They gave the Bride and Groom a $150 refund... Out of the $1400 they paid, they were only compensated $150... Absolutely ridiculous. A wedding day is special. And mistakes can be made. But when it's a business that was paid for a service. That service should be provided. And if that service isn't provided, the business should accept responsibility and refund the appropriate money. It wasn't just money wasted, but valuable time on an important day. read more

Kim however who owns and manages the office and payments is very very unprofessional and speaks to you as if you can't afford the limousine services.. Check the reviews everything is great until money is transferred that's when the unprofessionalism, rudeness, and disrespect from Kimberly Klein comes in.. Customer Service is EVERYTHING especially when running a business and going back and fourth with customers experience in the reviews further shows how unprofessional Kimberly Klein really is. I decided to surprise my husband with the 1954 Ivory and Gold Bentley for our wedding and he absolutely loved it! The service is top notch - red carpet, sparkling apple cider, the works! The driver was a little late picking us up due to traffic but we were still able to get to the church on time for the start of the ceremony. Due to COVID, I had to switch our pickup and portraits stop twice but Lasting Impressions was so flexible and made those changes for me. Can't give zero stars to respond. You're seriously responding a year and a half later, after threatening to contact your lawyers. Don't even bother! The Bride, Groom, their Bridal Party, Parents of the Bride and Groom were left behind to fend for themselves. There was obviously a lack of communication from the owners to the driver. The driver even told us he didn't know he was supposed to come back and pick us up. Why would we have hired you for that many hours for only one trip, and why would you issue a refund, though minuscule, if you didn't do anything wrong? Don't even try to cover it up now. As the mother of the Bride, I was left sitting at the venue for many hours in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of the night, having to decide to drive ourselves and completely missing the after party for the wedding. Ron and Kimberly were extremely helpful and went above and beyond explaining the process and helping get everything ready for my son and his friends for Prom. Then the actual day arrived and Phil showed up as promised and rolled out the red carpet for the boys and gave them a NON ALCOHOLIC champagne toast. I felt comfortable and relaxed knowing Phil was driving my boys. I don't think I have ever seen such amazing and caring customer service in my life. My initial phone contact with Kim was a pleasant one. A few weeks to our wedding, my now husband and I drove to see the limousine that we had selected for the wedding. Both Ron and Kim were nice to us. They took the time to show us their collection and answered all our questions. On our wedding day, 08.07.21, the limousine driver was prompt, courteous and professional throughout the day. We had an initial interest in Lasting Impressions after searching the Internet for a limousine for my daughter's 21st birthday. We chose to call Ron & Kim after viewing videos of their fleet on their website. It was very apparent the pride they had in their vehicles as I only found photos of limos on competitor's websites. We spoke with Ron and he took our call at 9:00 pm and spent the next twenty minutes explaining how to safeguard ourselves against what apparently can be a bait and switch with limos other companies have on the web. He invited us out to view his fleet personally, which we did. All I can say is that the videos did not do justice to his fleet. They are meticulously kept, and Ron & Kim's pride in the cars showed through. We chose the Stretch Suburban as I don't think I have ever seen a limo with more bells, whistles, and wow-factor. Ron even started up one of his classic cars so I could see and hear the engine. Our minds were made up that this is the company we wanted for our daughter's special day, and they did not disappoint. The extra touches like a bouquet of birthday balloons and the red carpet made my daughter feel extra special. My sister's limo company (booked through Limos.com) and left her stranded hours before her wedding day. I called Lasting Impressions in a panic and they were able to secure a driver to pick her and the groom up from the church to the reception in a beautiful 1954 Bentley. They didn't have a limo for the entire bridal party but it did not matter because they made such an effort to help us out. Please beware of Limos.com and do your homework on the vendors they list because they do not even check if the vendors are real companies with vehicles. You won't regret hiring this company! my husband and I decided as a once-in-a-lifetime treat to have a vintage car for our recent wedding (3-29-14) in downtown Baltimore. I went online and found Lasting Impressions (LI). LI offered a variety of cool vintage cars. My husband-to-be selected one, we put down a deposit, and before you know it - it was our wedding day. Unfortunately, we got married in pouring rain, on a cold and windy day. This presented a real challenge to Jan our driver (who is a man, fyi). Why? Because a 1951 Bentley has no defrost, and no inside wipers, and thus Jan had to use a washcloth or hanky to wipe down the windows, CONSTANTLY, while at the same time driving through busy, downtown Baltimore streets....and of course, also deal with helping us in and out of a tight-fitting backseat with tiny doors. Note: if you get a huge ballgown skirt with a triple hoop petticoat for your wedding dress, and wear silk high heeled shoes, be prepared for some shimming shakin' to get in and out of your vintage limo. On top of this, add an elaborately made up face, long nails, a huge bouquet, a cathedral length veil, and a fancy updo - and it took myself, Jan, and my fiancé to get me in and out of the car and back and forth to the venue from the hotel. We literally COULD NOT have asked for better service - he even went so far as to bring us bottled water and carry/hold up big umbrellas for us. OUTSTANDING. (P.S. the car was also amazing) read more
