I paid them and figured they would make, good dummy me. Glass is single pane and opener is as loud as a jet going by. He was delighted as he handed off his EMPTY, oversized one liter white plastic jug with its matching attached straw! 2. Overflowing wealth of knowledge about how things work! Josh meticulously covered every single detail about our garage doors, their intricate parts, nice to know facts , programming the remotes and where the problem areas lied. While observing him make the repairs, I was intrigued how he would verbally explain to me exactly what he was doing and why -without taking his eyes off the work at hand. I learned so much about the features of our basic black garage doors by watching him work ! They're not so basic after all! 3. Above and beyond service with a smile ! When I followed up to schedule they were very accommodating, and made an appointment for the following week at a day/time that was convenient for us. The tech who came to do the install was very punctual and professional. He explained everything after the install was complete, and demonstrated the safety features since we have young kids. From start to finish they were very friendly, responsive, and professional and made the process incredibly easy and smooth. While I hope I don't need to replace my garage door openers again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Adams Door Company to anyone in need of their services!

He told me it was a very simple problem, a spider built a nest in the eye and that is why it was blinking. It took him about 5 minutes. The complaint I have is that , 1. the lady on the phone could have asked me if I checked the eye for spider nests saving me $135.00 or 2. not charged me $135.00 for five minutes but a reasonable amount for 5 minutes. I will not be calling them again. It's a shame that companies rip off the public.
