I received a text and email confirmation which was a good way to make sure they would be at our house. I received a call around 9ish the next day that the tech could be there before 10 and if that would be alright. Sure! He came and was super friendly and explained things clearly to us. We needed new springs/ coils and he had all the work done in about 45 minutes. Super happy with the company as a whole (beginning, work, price, professionalism) and would definitely call them again if needed, but hopefully not anytime soon.
