Forget the bad reviews on here; I was skeptical at first due to reading the reviews however, I felt compelled to write a great review for the excellent service I received today. First off there was no wait time I was in and out within 30mins. The receptionist was polite and courteous so I don't know what other people's gripe are. The place was clean and I got to speak to the Dr. via FaceTime which I didn't mind. He sent the prescription so fast that by the time I drove to CVS in Target it was already fillled. If you like long wait times you can go somewhere else. I'm a busy professional and was well treated and out of there in no time. if zero was a rating that would be too high . do not seek care here!! after having pain in my shoulder for 3 weeks that started going down into my arm i called to request an xray . the female that i spoke with on the phone was very polite, however im not sure what her role here is . she said she would email me a slip to get xray done . then she calls me back asked a few more questions and decided i needed to come in for an ekg and something else prior to getting xray . i get a ride here from french camp and the rude girl behind the front desk has no idea what im talking about . theres no one else here . i tell her i was told to come in for an ekg and she looks at me like a deer in the headlights. she then walks me back to a room and tosses a gown at me tells me to take my sweater and bra off . i look over at the filthy window with broken blinds wide open and ask if theres a room w blinds that close . she says they cant see in here from the outside with an attitude. i then asked what the second thing was other than the ekg that the woman on the phone said to me and she says "the xray is all i know about" . i asked who called me , she says she doesnt know . i'm done with this place . she doesnt know who called me ? i bet you they charged my insurance company for that phone call and yet i wasnt even talking to a dr or an ma? not to mention a prescription was called in by who ?? and an xray ordered w a pre signed sheet off a pad full of signed orders . i cant believe any of this is even legal and sure smells like insurance fraud if you ask me . avoid lathrop urgent care . read more

Great doctor and AMAZING customer service!! Melissa at the Main Street in Manteca. I called today and was forwarded to the Lathrop office and asked if I could ask Melissa a question , They told me she was busy with another client, but to hold on and Of Course, she got right on the phone. She's just Top Notch, one of a kind, and a very hard worker. Main Street has been my PCP for 13+ yrs but she didn't work there then That I know of at least, but Thank God she took over Main Street front office, I have been able to rely on her for absolutely any problem. I Don't get sick much so they might see me 2 or 3x max in a year if I make an appointment Or ask for a referral to specialist, Yet she always seems to know exactly who I am and even remembers my name which really means a lot to me. If there were negative stars I'd give those. Went in for what I thought was a sprained ankle. Doctor did no exam, didn't even look at my ankle and just referred me to get an xray. Then took 2 weeks and multiple follow ups to get an appointment to go over the xray results. That appointment consisted of 90 seconds of the doctor reading the results and 10 seconds of him telling me that my ankle was fractured and that he'd have to refer me to an orthopedic surgeon to go over my options. Again, no examination, no suggestions, just sent me packing and then never actually sent the referral info to anyone. I've been calling for 2 days to find out where the referral went and no one will answer. This office should be condemned and the doctors medical license revoked. read more

This is the WORST doctor you can possibly go to and he's racist. I had a visit with him today and I waited in the waiting room for an hour before being seen. while I was waiting , I overheard his conversations with his patients in the rooms adjacent to mine. the patients must have been his nationality because they were speaking in his language. I could tell he took his time with them, asked them questions, and helped them. When I was finally seen, he sat down and asked me why I was there. I told him I had severe chest pains which led me to make a trip to the emergency room over the weekend At which point the doctor found there was nothing wrong with my heart but, it could be severe anxiety. I explained to Rajesh I have been having severe anxiety attacks. all Rajesh had to say was that he was going to prescribe me medication for acid reflux (um, what?) and a medication to reduce heart palpitations (um, what again?). I told Rajesh my heart has nothing to do with which is what I was told by the ER doctor over the weekend. Rajesh said that's all he was going to do and he would also recommend me to a psychiatrist. He then got up, opened the door, and told me to follow him at which point he led me to the front reception area and asked the receptionist to give me a form to contact a psychiatrist. he then walked away without saying anything at all. end of visit. read more

Can these front office girls stoop down any lower!! How are they allowed to talk to patients that way?? And how dare you give constant misinformation! This doctor sucks I came in with a swollen hurt foot and she barely even looked at it before sending me for an X-ray. She told me I would have the results that day since I got it done early. Now it's the next day I called in the morning the lady said she was getting it ready for the doctor and said that she would call me. No call and they are not answering the damn phone. This is probably the worst urgent care that's out there. The staff are incompetent and are very sluggish. They don't do their jobs properly. I have to call them at least 5 times to remind them to fax my medication while waiting at the pharmacy. Dr Kruger is horrible. I don't know how this guy is a doctor. He doesn't know Anything! We made an appointment for a TB shot. We waited 3 hours and they tell us they are out of it. We go again and wait 3 and half hours and the doctor doesn't feel comfortable giving a TB shot and doctor did not give the shot and they lost the results from the previous TB shot! I Went here for the first time and it was one of the best experiences i've had in an Urgent Care. Before I go into details, I advise any reader to not put TOO much emphasis in the other reviews. One reviewer talked about a situation about HIPAA and privacy issues and I, ALSO working with HIPAA information, HIPAA CAN and WILL fine you for ANY information that is shared without the right authority to do so. I understand the reviewers situation however the "girl" at Urgent Care was probably doing nothing more but following rules and procedures they and we are taught. This goes for the pharmacy as well. Rules are universal. I also feel the review doesn't reflect the actual CARE of this urgent care center. I was in Lathrop Urgent Care and waited no longer than an hour and the team there were all very kind and caring. Dr. Anslinger was great and very personal, which is surprising since most Doctors just look at you and prescribe something. They actually took time to make sure I was feeling better. I will definitely come here again for any further issues I have with my health. read more

It should be renamed "We'll Get Around To You Whenever - Care" instead of "Urgent Care". I've been here a few times and each time was 2-2 1/2 hours wait time. Aside from that, I have not experienced any rudeness from the ladies in the office. Quite the opposite actually. They have been friendly and courteous, especially the one at the window today. There was another woman ripping into her for something and she handled it very well. Better than most people, really. Anyhow, I will only go here if there is no other option available. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I paid $60.00 cash for a TB Test to be done for a job. I went and it was completely empty, should have been my first sign. I filled out paperwork, gave her the money (no receipt) and was given the test. I went back to get my results and the office was closed. There was a sign on the door that the doctor was at another clinic in Tracy helping for an emergency, all doors locked and dark inside. I called the phone number on the sign they had on the door- it rang and rang...no message machine or anything. I emailed the Doctor using the email on their google and still have not received an answer. Today, I went back to the office on the first chance that I had. The 2 women in the front were extremely rude, extremely unhelpful and not caring at all about the fact that I needed these results to start a job. They also lied about being closed when I came to get my results and they also told me that the email I used to contact the Dr. was probably not even valid. They said I would have to retake the test and pay the fee again "since i did not come back 24-72" hours after the TB test was given. Like I am going to give them another 60 dollars? HA! THEY MUST THINK I AM STUPID. WHAT A JOKE!!!! What kind of doctor does not have a valid email address posted on the website?! what kind of doctor has assistants that are rude and unhelpful to people?! Obviously, the kind that were raised with no manners or respect for other peoples needs. These are the people in charge of our emergency healthcare in Lathrop?! I wonder if these girls even have their cpr or first aid training. Both of them were laughing and smiling as I walked out fuming. I do not think it is funny at all!! TERRIBLE!!! Today I went into the Lathrop Urgent Care, called ahead and the receptionist said wait time was thirty minutes. I arrived signed in and after 50 minutes had not yet been called to complete paperwork & register. After standing at the front desk for five minutes which was unattended hoping to ask when I would be helped I left. I live in Lathrop and wanted to keep my business here in town and unfortunately did not. I drove down to Manteca, Modern Urgent Care, treated and got prescriptions within an hour. read more

There is rarely a wait time ever, the staff go out of the way and are very compassionate towards others, I have came here in years prior (it was owned by somebody else and it was horrible staff and providers) It is now remodeled and 100% better! Unbelievable. If you say you open at 9am on yelp and on Saturday, then open at 9am otherwise change your hours of operation to the correct time that is posted on your door 10AM! Came here at 10:00am because my doctors close on the weekends and had no other choice and was surprised to see 6 people waiting outside! They were waiting for over an hour because they thought it opened at 9am like it stated on yelp however on their door it says 10AM. It's been 30 minutes and they haven't opened yet! Their billing is horrible. I paid up front as my deductible had not been met. But they did not bill before the laboratory did abs the deductible was applied to the lab resulting in an overpayment to Lathrop urgent care. It took months for the billing office to correct it and refer it over to the front office. It had been 4 years and I still never received a refund. I will NEVER do business with them again. read more

The place is a dirty mess as you can see by the photos I have attached. The doctor that I saw, Charles Trammel, according to documents I found on the CA Medical Licensure Board shortly after my visit, at the time of my visit, the doctor was working on a suspended medical license. His communication with me was sexualized as well sexist (verbal and body language). He attempted to prescribe me multiple drugs, and kept pushing after I insisted I didn't need anything, just a referral to a specialist as my insurance instructed me. He refused to refer me and insisted on "treating" me himself. My experience with Dr Trammel left me feeling disgusted and mistreated. It is my understanding that his license was recently renewed. I'm cautioning anyone on going here so that you don't have the same experience, or at least avoid Trammel. I have heard the the female Dr there is okay, but again the pictures of the facility speak for themselves. read more

I checked the other reviews on this place before I went today and was a little weary, but I thought anything has to be better than Main Street Urgent Care in Manteca- I'd rate them zero stars if I cared enough to even waste my time writing a review for them. I'm in between insurance coverage and really hurt my back to where I could barely sleep or move at all, so off to urgent care I went seeing as tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I'd be on my feet most of the day. Anyways, from my first phone call this morning to leaving their office this afternoon, I had nothing but a pleasant experience. The front office staff was pleasant and welcoming. The MA that took me back to the exam room was friendly and easy to converse with. The MA who had to give me shots in my bottom was great, as well, you know, considering lol Dr. Trammel was nothing short of amazing for me today- I went in with throbbing pain and left with relief I hadn't felt in days. He also took the time with me to answer all my questions and he seemed to genuinely care, not shush me and make me feel stupid for my concerns. It was comforting since I was dreading my visit. The office was clean, not the newest, but it was clean and orderly. The waiting room was comfortable,smelled ok and had a tv on. The only bad part of my experience was the wait time, but it wasn't even that long and well worth it. If the need arises, I will go back. I wouldn't say I'm a snob, but I have high standards when it comes to my healthcare and this place met the bar. If you're hesitant, try them out anyway. I was pleasantly relieved. read more

I shot my finger with a nail gun so I wanted to see if I should take any antibiotics. I went to this facility and was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the Dr. had a good sense of humor and was professional. He looked at my finger and prescribed everything needed to ease my fears of infection.
