We were told we would have to pay the $300+ bill and take it up with insurance. We were given the option of going the ER. This doesn't make sense. Why would our medical group would impact being seen at an URGENT CARE? I get if you're seeing a doctor and it's not in the medical group I, but this is an URGENT CARE! We had to drive 35 minutes away to be seen at another urgent care (non-sutter) and there were able to see is just fine. What a terrible experience.

They happily provided one and we set up an appointment for the check up itself once the report from lab work would be available. Next I get a surprise. Get a bill from my insurance for a doctors office visit (I didnt make any office visit except collecting a paper for blood work). Reached out to the office and the receptionist said please email our office manager (Fact check: there is no office manager, its the doctor herself). The doctor called me and said they need to pull my records/file spend time to write a lab work so its considered a service. She even went on to say, a patient is suppose to come in person for physical check up first, then we order blood work and then we set up another appointment for follow up. This said everything about the practice.

I had a procedure a few months ago, to figure a couple symptoms I had been having to clear up any assumptions. Amy did insurances. Alison did all my pre procedure work up. John was my post procedure nurse. A few others helped me, and I won't disclose the Doctor that did the surgery, because I don't want all my business out there. But I'm thankful for everyone and how comfortable they made me and how well put together all the staff is. Always recommend Tracy Sutter to anyone looking for top care for health services.

We did not have a lot health problems at the time so, we did not feel a need to switch. About 3 years old, my husband had to have an emergency gallbladder removal surgery. We had it performed at Sutter Tracy. The surgeon suggested we see Dr. P Patel for ongoing treatment. We took a chance. As new patients, he had us do tests and scans to make sure we had the most information regarding our health, since we are not getting any younger! We love Dr. Patel! He is very through. Dr. Meda came in rude to the appointment. I did not feel comfortable or cared for just judged and she came off so rude. This is my 4th pregnancy and last. My original ob retired so I had to look for a new ob this time and I made a mistake going thru sutter for prenatal care. Worst experience ever. The list can go on with so many complaints I have but I'll just stop here with today's rude dr.
