I had to check in on an Ipad then after that 3 minutes i was asked most of the same information - why even type it in for them - customers/patienta doing the work while the staff watch you doing their job. But wait it gets better after sitting for 10 minutes, a lot of giggling and laughing and shuffling everyone dressed to Covid level a finally get around to a room and told someone will be right with you. Your would think "right with you" tell you then someone is coming immediately. Urgent Care should be fast - that's why it's called urgent care. 10 minutes later same person takes vitals and tries to understand what the medications are - not my job to educate on what each is for i am just listing them and she wants to know what they are for after I mentioned just take the list. . She should know - this was like her with a video game tablet laughing and giggling while trying to find and spell these meds. And saying sorry 16 times f Inexperienced staff. Students and not very professionals here learning. Then another 15 minute wait for an unsure PA student comes in with a timid personality To ask the same questions as before - that's 3x on same answered again for staff members the answers were asking. Felt like this was a game in a place of getting your job done - not serious at all. Like my pain did not matter at all level 8. I asked for the provider - she said she would get him. I waited 8 minutes. While waiting, I called my primary doctor and they had an opening. 30 minutes after walking out of the room my primary doctor has me cared for an on my way and in my way home already. All handled by professionals. Now this is not normal with my primary but given what I have already been through they got me in very quick - This organization is not a patient focused facility it's a teaching facility as the staff are less expensive. They can slow walk staff through their training. There was so much about everything else but patient care and handling it expeditiously a lot of hoops for crappy health care. Sending in students into an irritable guy on pain and a small burn on his toe. All they care about is sending in student after student to get information - by then you may as well go home. It's not worth your time for crappy healthcare. I have heard this before within the community. If you watch everything goes on while your are there - so many people and the lack of confidence from the staff I am seeing, means I can't be confident that Modern will serve the communities needs of urgent care for the community in Manteca. Would not recommend under any circumstances as they may leave you to wait for all the students and inexperienced staff treat an urgent issue......change my mind

No one wants to suffer that long feeling sick. So I decided to give this place a try. It's in a seedy part of downtown so I was nervous but truly the quality of the medical staff here is top tier! I was in and out no issues and they took my insurance. If ever I need a quick doc appointment this is the place I'll go. The RN was very knowledgeable--more so than most I've seen and I've seen and dealt with quite a few! She was a wealth of knowledge! Overall, great place from my families experience.

Filled out some paperwork, and was called back within 5 min... in and out in 15-20 and the physician was so knowledgeable, friendly and listened to me, diagnosed my symptoms and I was out the door. The staff, both receptionist and doctor, were very kind and knowledgeable. The office was spotless and wait time was minimal. If the need arises for urgent care, I will definitely come here and have already recommended it to family.

No questions about mobility, no hands on examination, no comparison to my other foot, just a finger across the heel to demonstrate a color change. Only for me to then arrive at the pharmacy be told that 4 prescriptions were ordered; a steroid, ibuprofen, and a topical antibiotic on top of the oral antibiotic. When I called the doctor to ask why there was suddenly much more being prescribed, he lied and claimed he had always said he was prescribing those four (I specifically asked in office about a topical antibiotic and he said "no", the others were never mentioned) 4 days later I'm leaving of the ER with a splint and crutches with a Achilles tendonitis diagnosis because, of course, the antibiotics didn't do shit because an infection was never the issue in the first place. Do not go here unless you're desperate for a doctor's note for work or something, don't expect thoughtful care or consideration of your ailment, it's not their priority.

The X-Ray tech was nice, friendly and professional. The X-Rays were completed in about 15 minutes and I was done. A few days later, I called to have my images placed on a DVD for my doctor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me the DVD would be ready the next business day by 8AM. My experience here was pleasant and I would utilize their services again.

I have had multiple visits to the er here in Manteca which the er is never a good place to be and can be stressful but every doctor and nurse has done amazing to get their job done. I recently had a tonsillectomy and the anesthesia doctor and doctor Kim were both amazing. Nurses were all great fun and talkative making sure to provide proper care and make sure the patients are cared for. Not everyone exprecience is the same but healthcare is a difficult job and these humans are doing their best and I can whole heartedly say I trust them. Kaiser has provided me the best care and if they haven't they will do all they can to make it right

Came in 5/18 at 1pm and was told my medication was put back. Showed the text notification to the pharmacy tech and she just said it was put back and would be ready later. Why send text notification for pick up and have 90 minute fulfillment request and NOT fulfill them. Don't use Kaiser pharmacy, just out source. Haven't had an issue with any other departments at Kaiser.
