We even had a whole entire conversation with each other. Plus she was very kind to me and my dad. I totally recommend the place to whomever wants to get their hair braided or wants it flat ironed."

No salons are open on Mondays in the town where I'm from. I was very pleased with my cut. She took her time with me and we shared conversations about healthy hair. She was very knowledgeable about hair and I am a black woman. I have never had a white woman to cut my hair before and let's just say I would go back there in a heart beat if I was closer. Tried to email them, but apparently the email on the "contact us" no longer works. The studio has a great vibe and the people seem nice and it was busy. I expressed with Jessica my concerns of paying so much money to only have half the job done and her response was to come in to pay $80 EXTRA for a partial. I said that didn't make sense because if I paid for full, why would I be charged for ANOTHER large amount for a partial? So overall, she wanted near $300 to do full bayalage which is DOUBLE the amount I was ballparked from the beginning (after her seeing my hair, too). I told her a fair compromise would be to only have me pay partial since she didn't do anything whatsoever to the bottom of my hair, but all she's done is ignore my attempts to communicate with her. She obviously doesn't care about the satisfaction of her clients and I will not go back. She even "accidentally" gave me her husband's phone number at the end of the appointment on her business card to "contact" her... Needless to say, she had no intentions in ever seeing me again. Oh and did I mention I was 37 weeks pregnant and evacuated from Miami for Hurricane Irma? So needless to say, Jessica didn't care about my situation since she knew I wouldn't be a regular client of hers. Classy. Overall, DO NOT GO HERE. Jessica will mess up your hair and not give a crap.
