They advertised an event taking place on Saturday 11/8 @4pm. My wife (who doesn't smoke cigars) and I arrived a little after 4pm and the rest of our party shortly after and we All walked in together. We went to the Humidor to purchase our 2 stick requirement. Humidor was bare. Very little selection lots of empty boxes. We picked our sticks and headed back to our seats. Lady comes over and approaches my wife to inform her she needs to purchase 2 cigars to be in the lounge, my wife informs her that she wasn't staying was just dropping me off. Well I guess she took too long to leave because she was approached once again wit the same request. I chimed in to inform the lady my wife doesn't smoke and was greated with attitude informing us that she was the owner and she can give the cigars away since she didnt smoke but had to make a purchase. Now mind you, I understand policy but its not what you do but how you do it. This place was not very welcoming to begin with. Yes its very spacious but I've never had to sit in metal folding chairs at a cigar lounge at least not inside. My wife was one of a party of 5. Four of which purchased cigars and more-than-likely would have purchased more. I've been to plenty of lounges with my wife and have NEVER had the lounge force her to purchase as long as I was patronizing. So according to there policy I have to buy 4 sticks to have my wife chill with me at their lounge. And is why I will NEVER return. If you're in the DFW area and want to have a good time and experience amazing customer service and be treated like family as soon as you walk through the door check out Smoking Jacket Cigar Lounge. Also BYOB and have a 2 stick minimum. BUY guess what.. my wife and I chilled ALL night with Noone harassing her about purchasing Go figure‍

We arrived at the establishment a little after 4pm along with meeting up with 4 other people all cigar smokers besides me. I was only there to have a drink ot two before I had planned to leave. I was there approximately 45 mins first lady approached me and said 2 cigar limit I advised her I wasn't a smoker and I was only there to kill about 30 mi s before I was leaving. Mind you the 4 other cigar smokers had already purchased their 2 cigar minimum. Now im about 45 mins in another lady came and told me I would need to purchase 2 cigars and give them to the people on the table I told her I was leaving in about 5 minutes and she had the audacity to mention owner. I have been too many cigar lounges and understand the policy but to be harassed and hounded was quite a different experience. I woukd never patronize an establishment like that. Not to mention Total Wine had a better and bigger selection of cigars and they have the audacity to hound you. If you dont mind being harassed be my guest but this waa the WORST EXPERIENCE ever. And yes I let when I said I was. The ambiance is mediocre..the ventilation needs work and the customer service SuCKED..If I could give this cigar a negative 1 I would..

This is really a nice little gem in a very small town outside the DFW complex. It's a location…read morethat someone would want to find, as it's not on the normal drive through town. We didn't get to meet the owner tonight, but the older gentleman behind the counter was nice and talkative. We chatted for about an hour about cigars, retiring out of country, and many other things. Very friendly. The place is large, seems small when walking in, but they have meetings rooms towards the back that can house plenty more. There are plenty of leather chairs and sofas, tv's a plenty to watch sports, tho I didn't hear any that have volume turned up to any audible levels. The cigars they offer are more local and off brand types. I didn't see any of the mainstream brands like Monte Cristo, Romeo y Juliet, etc. The bar is a full bar and prices are normal bar prices. It's worth coming in for a visit and a comfortable sit while enjoying a whiskey and cigar.
