We had 9 families book a senior trip and travel agent Amy told us that the…read more18 year olds could NOT book rooms and had to be with someone 25 years old or older and this was emailed on 2 separate occasions and then on phone confirmed that. We all booked according to this and then she told us AFTER that didnt have to have 25 year olds in room but now WAY too expensive to book the rooms how we wanted. Both owners wanted to fight and fight and deny their agent did this even though showed proof. Then the owner called one of the dads and was so unprofessional and inappropriate. Both owners would not take responsibility for their agent or the unprofessional inappropriate behavior or even apologize. Extremely horrible customer service!! Have dealt with many travel agencies in past and not one had horrible customer like this and owners with such unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors!
