Stopped in to grab 4 drinks. Pulled in and there was one car at the window. There was a car parked under a tree approximately 3 car lengths away from the car in line so we pulled in behind the car in line. After waiting for the car in front of us to pull away, we pulled up to the window. The barista informed us that we had cut in line. She asked us to pull around and go behind the woman sitting under the tree in the shade. Ummmm so we were to know that the woman sitting under the tree, in the shade, 3 car lengths from the building was in line? Sorry, lost our sale. Lost our $$$ Will NEVER attempt this local coffee hut again! read more

My favorite coffee place. I drive through every week when I pick up my groceries from Fred Meyer. The ladies who work there are always super nice and the coffee is delicious and reasonably priced. I love this place! I'm not a fan of the burnt and bitter tasting stuff you get a a lot of coffee shops. Luckily the coffee at Supreme Bean is perfectly balanced. Toasty, nutty and low acidity make it just perfect! If you are looking for amazing coffee and excellent service Supreme Bean is the place! The barristas are all wonderful and Leah is my favorite! This is the only coffee stand I enjoy going to now in Port Orchard. The staff is incredible, and willing to do anything to get you your perfect morning beverage or afternoon pick-me-up. I'm from Maine and recently visited Port Orchard on family reunion. I had never heard of white coffee, but this place convinced me to try it, and it rocks. This coffee shop was the best in Kitsap County until March where the ownership changed, this also resulted in a management change that so far I am on the fence about. I have been going to this coffee shop for 12 plus years, and the girls and the coffe has always been top notch, never had a bad complaint ever. Now it seems I am thinking maybe it's time to find a new shop that doesn't want to make changes to a place that was already doing a perfect job at what they have done for years, and carry a huge loyal customer base. Just a few changes so far is the removal of a punch card/ replaced by a pre paid card with extra free coffee if you prepay. Mocca,s are now made with 1/2 chocolate syrup, and half Ghirardelli powered chocolate which makes the drinks more bitter. If I wanted bitter coffee, I would go to Starbucks, but I don't, and that's why I chose supreme bean in the first place.Now on a positive note, most 0f the girls have remained working, and they are still the best as ever, and I hope these few items that are unsettling resulting in a lower review score will be looked at closer. I love this place, and never thought I would ever be disappointed here. read more
