I appreciate the fact that they are friendly and know their regular customers. But when things are busy, maybe don't spend time talking to people so much? One other kind of disturbing thing, I don't find it appropriate for one of the employers to give a passionate kiss and long hug to their significant other. A quick peck or quick hug is one thing. A long passion movie type of kiss right by where people are ordering inappropriate at worst, and awkward at best. Their bagel sandwiches and other food is always good, as is the coffee. Very pleased with the service and the coffee. My wife and I had been walking around downtown and headed to this place by my sister's house. Comfy as far as coffee houses go. I picked up a bag of beans - their holiday blend since it is December. We had picked up some books at a used bookstore nearby and just sat and paged through our treasures. I was very impressed with Revive! It was hungry and needed a caffeine hit so I thought I'd give it a shot, simply because it's right off of Hwy 16. The barista was super friendly and helpful. The place looked clean (I went though the drive thru so I was judging from my vehicle) and service was prompt. I ordered a cold brew and sun dried tomato and mozzarella sandwich. The cold brew was delicious and fresh tasting and the sandwich came warmed and perfectly melted. And I was on my way in just minutes. What a hidden gem! On our drive out to the Olympic Peninsula, we felt like a refreshing cold drink, and happened upon this little coffee/froyo place. We went through drive-thru to save time. Kona Mocha Frappe sounded pretty dang good. We chose chocolate base and chocolate whipped cream (you can also choose vanilla base/cream). This drink was exactly what we hoped for! The friendly staff who served us said it's made using their soft serve. Very creamy and thick drink. Yum! read more

This is a very nice, local coffee shop. It's my daughter's favorite, so needless to say I've been there many times. She loves the iced caramel macchiato, so that's highly recommended. I had a chorizo breakfast burrito, I thought it was really good. Oh, and also they have some pastries which I'm told are very good too. The people are very nice, they seem to be handling COVID safety precautions very well. Touchless paying, masks. I see that the lobby is open, but I have only tried the drive through. read more

Comforting, warm, relaxing coffee and ice cream. I do not feel like I am in Port Orchard when I come to Revive. I feel like I stepped into a beautiful cabin getaway in the woods. I'm always on the hunt for a good mocha, and I do like their mocha. It's not burnt and it doesn't taste too generic, like any coffee stand. My mocha waa yummy and comforting really. I'm going to be honest, I've drove by this place several times, but have neglected coming in because of their sign outside. Their sign with the big wings is confusing and does not scream coffee or ice cream to me. At first glance, I thought this was a military store or part of Seabeck Pizza because the only coffee related thing on the sign is the tiny black silhouette of a coffee mug in the middle of the wings. To the curious customer reading this review, give this place a try! It is a pretty good place for Port Orchard and I have nothing to complain about with their service and products. While I was visiting family in town we stopped by here after riding on the little Kitsap steamers train. Wetter May afternoons, or usual pnw weather, make coffee a special necessity. I usually get my coffee here from time to time. Aside from coffee they also serve frozen yogurts and pastries. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating to requests made when it comes to how you want your coffee. I did although come across a new employee. I was a little disappointed in how unprofessional things were. I understand, it's almost closing and you wanna get things done but one should keep in mind that when business is open, customers should be a priority. Her cellphone was ringing and texts were going off. She even made time to respond to her messages at the register while we were still in there. That's fine, whatever but what got to me is when I waited for 5 minutes for my coffee only to realize she "forgot" to make it. Imagine if I waited longer? I'd probably be waiting forever. I'm gonna give it the benefit of the doubt because she's new she's still "learning". Parking is available right out front but I notice they also have a drive thru which I've never used before. It was so expensive I actually asked the young lady at the window if I had ordered two burritos mistakenly.
