This season the mowing was inconsistent, the pool not cleaned and maintained and the rest rooms and showers not cleaned and properly stocked. There is an unfinished lodge that hasn't changed in 2 years. There are no park scheduled activities. The WiFi is not dependable. The only other amenity is a pickle ball court. Our total cost for 2025 season was $7350. With the additional charges being added for the 2026 season, we would be charged $8550 for the exact same site. Considering the lack of amenities and consistent maintenance, we just don't feel the value justifies the extreme cost.

Paid 90.$ a night and did not have proper working electricity, on day two the electric faulted and completely shut down while we were out. We had to move to another site at 10pm, very difficult as we did not have power to put slide outs in. This is a want to be premier RV park, but will not get there with this kind of service. Manager didn't care or apologize or offer refund and knew about the faulty electric before our arrival as was told to us by maintenance worker. The owners are beyond welcoming, the cabins are well stocked, but remember to bring your own bedding! Close enough to town to go get dinner, but private enough to forget that town is a 2 miles away (estimate). Relax, swim, paddle board, kayak... just enjoy the peace and community.

There are usually one or two open campsites for those who call and reserve a site, but there are no guarantees. A beautiful lake with nice campsites, but most are already permanently taken. If you get lucky and get a campsite, not only is there a lake with everything from swimming to boating to fishing, but Buck has over three miles of rural, hilly trails through fields and forests to enjoy.

The park is very clean and beautiful! Bathroom are also clean and nice. Located near Shipshewana a cute Amish town full of great activities and events. The cabin we stayed has good selections of coffee, tea and hot coco, decent size for 4 people. Also it comes with microwave, fridge, Keurig, plenty of storage, and night lights. The area is quiet and bathroom is clean even though it's under renovation. It's very close to grocery stores as well. They have a booklet in the cabin talking about the history about this place which is a great touch. My family enjoy the booklet very much! In the tent and RV camping area, I see lots of trees that provides great shades. The price is reasonable but you need to bring your own blanket and pillows. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic campground with great amenities…read more Took my kids here over the holiday weekend and had a blast! The campsites were huge with a fire ring, picnic table, and even faucet and an outlet to charge some things. Bathrooms were kept very clean. I loved the proximity to the beach and grocery store. There is a historic site right next to the tent camping area, $3 per person to ride a train and then you get to explore the area. My young kids loved it.
