They're great additions for families and are very reasonably priced. The parking lot is large, with multiple entrances around the property, so it's easy to access the mall from just about any direction. There is still some construction in one section of the parking lot that seems like it's been there for quite a while. I haven't seen much activity recently, so I'm not sure if the project is still ongoing. Fortunately, it's limited to one area and doesn't really affect the overall shopping experience. The mall itself is a nice size. It's not overwhelmingly large, but it's definitely not small either. Everything is indoors, making it a great place to shop, walk around, or spend a few hours, especially during Florida's hot or rainy weather. Overall, Broward Mall has done a great job modernizing while keeping many of the stores and features that have made it a local favorite for years.

Their children's clothing and toys area seems to be their largest focus and it takes up a good part of the Marshall's side. There is only one checkout area for both Marshall's and Home Goods so the line gets very long at peak times which is why I try to get in before lunchtime to look for my bargain buys.

That is the downfall of this shopping mecca, several months of the year it is just not fun to come here because of the weather. Parking is another issue. I really wish they would build a parking garage because there is usually a problem finding a parking spot on the weekend. Getting in and out of this plaza is quite easy as there is a signal light off of University Drive and the other exits all have stop signs.
