Today the mall is a mix of national and regional stores. Businesses include Autozone, Foot Locker, Cititrends, Enchanted Jewelz, Frsco y Mas, Goodwill, and Crafty Crab. Shop fashion, automotive, and household goods, dine at restaurants or use the professional and medical services. The mall also has a county bus transfer station. The newly constructed Wayne Huizenga Park is an open area to walk near the New River and a few bars. The skyscraper condos along the New River cost 1M+ but have the views of yachts and river with the many ammenities of Las Olas Blvd only steps away.

The parking lot is large, with multiple entrances around the property, so it's easy to access the mall from just about any direction. There is still some construction in one section of the parking lot that seems like it's been there for quite a while. I haven't seen much activity recently, so I'm not sure if the project is still ongoing. Fortunately, it's limited to one area and doesn't really affect the overall shopping experience. The mall itself is a nice size. It's not overwhelmingly large, but it's definitely not small either. Everything is indoors, making it a great place to shop, walk around, or spend a few hours, especially during Florida's hot or rainy weather.
